This review used to be 5 stars. My family and I used to love this place. Over the last few years it's really been going down hill though. After last night, it's no longer on our list of acceptable dining experiences.
We ordered 3 appetizers, 2 fried rice, one hibachi chicken, and 7 rolls. First issue was the appetizers. They didn't bring out plates for us to eat them with. I asked for them, the waitress said she'd bring them out to us, then walked to another table, and forgot about us. I waited 10 minutes trying to get her attention, and finally had to ask another server for the plates. Then when we finally got the plates we found out how bad the poppers have gotten to be here. They've changed the breading, and the ratios of fillings. Now the breading is like a thicker version of a cheap fish stick from Walmart. Nobody wants to eat out, and be reminded of off brand fish sticks. We used to order 2 orders if poppers, but are definitely glad we didn't this time.
The main dishes started to come out, and for some reason they got the fried rice and hibachi out 15 minutes earlier than the sushi. The kitchen should be more in sync, because that's just wrong and rude. For some reason they've changed the preparation of the habachi chicken, and now it's so bad only a couple of bites were eaten. The chicken itself was way over cooked, and the it had a rank flavor. This dish used to be a favorite for our family like the poppers.
When they brought out the sushi only one plate had a dollop of wasabi. I asked for some more not realizing they'd nickel and dime us charging $1.50 for more when each plate should have had some to begin with.
The waitress was beyond terrible. She wasn't nice, she made us feel rushed. She didn't check on the table at all after we got our food. 3 of us ran out of drinks.
There are too many good places to eat to ever consider going here again. They've lost customers that have been coming here for nearly a decade. They were quite honestly great when they opened, and nowadays they're worse than mediocre.

Me and my husband stop in for lunch. Everything was amazing. We had friendly waitress who answer all of my husband questions. The appetizer sampler was delicious. We got the punk rock roll and it is our new favorite. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This was by far one of the best catering experiences! We ordered hibachi for my company. We catered lunch for 100 people and dinner for 75 people for 2 different shifts. The owners and the staff went above and beyond for us. They were extremely pleasant and accommodating on the phone and in person. They called and confirmed the order the day before and the day of and made sure to ask about essentials that may be needed for us. They arrived on our site with the delivery in perfect timing. The food was so fresh, and the meat was juicy and tender! It was a huge hit for our team.
The owners and staff of this establishment made the whole experience amazing in my opinion. They were so grateful for our business and thanked us over and over again. She even messaged me after to ensure our satisfaction.
We ABSOLUTELY will be ordering from them again and I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The servers are always so precious, management is super sweet, and both of the owners are always here cutting up with me when I come to dine. Always feel welcome here, and I cant brag on the food enough. 😍 My fave lunch spot, I wish I lived closer to make it dinner spot too! Keep up the great work I’ll see yall again soon ❤️
