Awful awful awful experience getting a birthday cake for my daughter.Lady who took our order on the phone was rude and not listening.Went to pick it up and it completely wrong. Said they couldn't fix it until tomorrow and today is her birthday.Cake looks like something I could have made at home and I'm not good at it.Pitiful effort from a local establishment. Very disappointed.

They were $11.95/dozen and each on a large paper cup. I have purchased these at least twice a year until the pandemic.This order, while delicious, was a clear deviation from anything I've ever bought from Rolens. I won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a double chocolate birthday cake & assorted cupcakes for my daughters Birthday & everyone’s still talking about the amazing tasty cupcakes! I’ve stopped by multiple times since then and they never disappoint, as all baked goods are fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly, helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Everything I’ve bought at Rolens Bakery lately has been stale or poor quality: 1.) Horribly stale birthday cakes. 2.) Very Stale brownie cookies. 3.) Petit fors are pretty much a sheet cake with a dab of icing on top that is cut into little squares. This use to be the best bakery in Dothan, Al. But, not anymore! ???
