Smokey Joe's BBQ

Got a pound of pulled pork and 2 BBQ sandwiches and only 2 half full of bbq sauce. Not even enough for the pound of meat. 2nd time this happened.

The price was high (5.99)and I had to pay extra for pickles and slaw on a bbq sandwich which should of been my first sign to leave, the meat was very plain, maybe cooked in an over 🤷‍♀️, not sure. I don’t live here so i don’t have to go back but I’m not sure how the place stays in business honestly

I ate lunch there today 11/15/25 and my waitress Rachel was awesome. I over heard other waitresses with their customers and their customer service was awesome too. Food was fantastic! Thanks Rachel for your kindness. Brian & Ramonda Brock--Vada, Ga.

Best restaurant in the area, Kevin and Amanda pride themselves with the service they offer. Most any thing you could ever think of eating can be ordered here, from BBQ to Spaghetti, they got it. The atmosphere and service are impeccable, 2nd to none. All Kevin's BBQ is outstanding, and I recommend the rost beef spaghetti, and if you're craving pizza... The bite pizza is king .. it's hand tossed and cooked to order when ordered, don't forget the fried pickles!!!

Worst I’ve had in Dothan since I’ve been here (12 years). Nothing smoky about their food. Tastes like crock pot. Tried AYCE ribs. Could not chew them, like eating rope. Hate to leave these kinds of reviews but after spending $50, can’t help it. Fried okra and Cole slaw was good but mighty expensive for sides! Stay home with your grill if you want smoky and stay away from Smokies! Maybe there pizza is good?
