I am very disappointed with the false advertising with the largest smoothy. You charge for 44oz however you only fill it with 40oz. We asked the lady if there was more left over and she told us that the sign says 44oz but the recipe only makes 40oz. How can you charge 11 dollars and jip people of 4 oz?

I went to this location around 7 tonight and I had a great experience.For starters ordering is always easy, I prefer to use the online app to review the menu before I go in just to help me get an idea.I ordered the açai cocoa haze and angels food smoothie. Both were great it was my first time trying a smoothie king açai bowl and it was delicious. The angels food was great too. With it being smoothie king though I didn't expect anything less because in my opinion they have very high standards for quality.What really set this visit apart though was the truly amazing staff. All the staff was friendly and helpful. But the three ladies working all worked together well and had wonderful attitudes. They looked like they were having a great time at work and one of them was singing while working. It's very nice and refreshing to see this positive and upbeat attitude.Also one last thing, the lighting in this store is.... different, I'm not sure how to explain it, but it really adds to the vibe of this place. It's an odd shade of a dim yellow? I'm not sure but I really enjoyed the entire vibe of this place.

Visited this location on 10/04/23 just to be told by a girl with a massive zit next to her nose that this location doesn’t offer yogurt bowls. So I asked if I could order a smoothie that comes with yogurt but to simply pour whatever amount of yogurt comes with it, into a bowl and she wouldn’t even do that. The guy that was with her scratched his backside and then touched the food contact surfaces and the fruit over at the bowl station while he was making my younger brothers açaí bowl. Needless to say we’ll never return to this SK location again

Terrible service, ordered online and when I picked up my smoothie at the window, the guy practically shoved the smoothie in my hand without saying a word. I said thank you but the window was already shut.

Drove from the south side of Dothan for a smoothie just to find out they don’t accept legal tender of cash. I’m not using my debit card when I wanted to pay in cash. SMH

The smoothie was good, no complaints there. The drive-thru time was atrocious. With three cars in front of me when i drove up, it was thirty minutes before i received a drink. Most fast-food restaurants on a bad day can serve you an entire meal noticeably faster than this store can get you a single smoothie. As for the service, it was neutral at best. No apology for the delay, no explanation, and the guy who handed me the drink just kind of glared at me. I had said nothing. This was the first time I've ever been to a Smoothie King. I believe in second chances, but am in no hurry to go back anytime soon.
