The carhop was VERY rude(Jaylynn you are not nice btw) she said “WE NO LONGER SELL CHERRIES🍒” The guy did not get my order right and he sounded like the “🤓” emoji. The carhop also said some very mean things to us. There were cherries in our drink when we didnt want them. My little sister is allergic and almost had an allergic reaction. -10/10 NEVER TRYING AGAIN, THIS IS NOT OK.

Yesterday I rolled into this sonic to get myself a snack of mozzarella sticks and a medium sized coke with no ice. I gave my order in the normal way. By pushing the red button and waited. 5 minutes went by then 10, then 15, then 20 and I reushed the. Red button and kindly said, when might I expect my mozzarella sticks? Did not get a reply, did not get an answer. So I waited another 10 minutes and finally stopped one of the car hops and said, how long am I going to have to wait for my mozzarella sticks and Coke. She said I will check on it for you. She came back to the vehicle and said, apparently your order was not put in I will put it in for you and take care of you. Thankfully, this person had some customer service experience, which I appreciated, with a substantial gratuity when she brought back my order.

This is, by far, the best Sonic I have ever been to! The service was super fast, far better than other sonic locations, and the people were super friendly! When I get a sonic craving, this will definitely be my place to go!

We ordered 2 number 4 combos and 2 orders of cheddar peppers. We was refused fries that was suppose to come with our combos. They said because they substituted the peppers but we paid for combos and paid for the peppers. See the receipt in the photo.
They was very rude saying they don't give out free food. We have the proof we paid for the food.
I hadn’t eaten at Sonic in awhile so I was really looking forward to having my BLT when I got off of work this past Friday morning. I ordered and paid using the tap on the screen and everything looked fine and it showed they were preparing my order. Well when my order came out the server stated my card didn’t go through.. I pull up my bank account on my phone and see a charge for $3.08 pending from Sonic which was strange and wasn’t the total amount I did the tap and paid for. My total was $10.77 which included the tip for the server. I showed this to the server and he said he needed to run my card for the additional amount not charged. However when he brought my card back he told me he canceled the $3.08 and ran my card for the correct amount of $10.77. When I left both charges were still pending. However after checking my account a day later my account had been charged for BOTH the $10.78 which was fine because that is correct but also an additional $3.08 for absolutely no reason. I normally just let things like this just slide but with all the fraud and the high prices of EVERYTHING it really upset me because I rarely treat myself eating out and I work hard for every dollar I have. I will not be revisiting this establishment.

We’ve always been fans of Sonic’s discounted drink deals on the app and their classic hot dogs and burgers. The food is generally good, and the convenience of ordering from your car is a plus. However, the atmosphere at many Sonic locations has taken a significant downturn. Allowing customers to play loud, profane music and smoke outside creates an environment that’s far from family-friendly. It’s disheartening to see such a casual, fun place turn into a noisy, often vulgar hangout. We urge Sonic to take steps to improve the atmosphere at their locations, perhaps by implementing stricter guidelines for outdoor noise and behavior.

The fries were disgusting. The last couple of time I have gotten fries they were soggy and old like they had been sitting under a lamp. The only food that is fresh when I go there is the pretzel. I went to the location by flowers hospital in Dothan.
