So our experience started with us pushing the button to order and nobody ever answered it. I ended up doing our order on the app. The woman who brought our order out was wonderful and super nice. As we were about to leave after eating, my fiance pushed the button to get a refill on his drink. The girl that answered the switchboard just said we don't do refills and hung up. It took him going up to the door and speaking to the woman who initially delivered our food to get a simple refill.

JP says too much flavor was added to drink and I had to order twice to receive his pretzel. It was busy with a large crowd of good people. He likes just a little flavor added in. The pretzel twist was perfect! 6/25/25

The two young Caucasian girls working late friday night of June 20th deserve a raise. They were the only two working and were doing the best they could to take care of us and everyone else. I ordered a sweet tea and dr. Pepper, when we got them the sweet tea was leaking out. The red headed young lady took it back and got me a new. Me being pregnant I got hungry so I ordered some food, the machine wasn't working so she came out to get my order. Not once did she or the other young lady let the stress of them getting busy get to them, they were so apologetic and very sweet about doing the best they can. They handled the pressure well and the customer service was a very positive experience.

My order was on the way for 6 minutes. Which is prolly why my bun was stale and my chili dog packed chili and cheese. Tater tots and mozzarella sticks tasted like onion rings. Will not return as it appears nothing has changed.
