It was almost ok. We got fries instead of tots. The fries were way overcooked and tasted like the oil was way overdue to be changed out. Grilled cheese for my kid was a bit of a mess. Probably won’t go back.

We came by around 1:30pm ish had a difficult time ordering asked for another employee same person came out. I wanted the cheddar peppers told me no longer have them but have it advertised on the menu. When I got my full order the cheeseburger was completely cold and my mozzarella sticks were old cheese was straight rubber texture. I talked to the manager I was told full refund or remake the order I chose the refund and only got half of my refund and just to top the situation they took the food back in which is cross contamination that’s a big no!. never coming back

Constantly gets the order wrong and has no clue what customer service is. Never chooses to correct the order I'm sick and tired of this restaurant's quality. It's the only Sonic I go to where there's constantly issues. You guys need to get your stuff together. It's embarrassing
What the hell!? Ultimate meat and cheese should be it's name! You went down hill. Mine was a ball of egg in the middle with 2 balled up pieces of bacon. Im very displeased and will never go back to your restaurant. Thanks for sucking!

So our experience started with us pushing the button to order and nobody ever answered it. I ended up doing our order on the app. The woman who brought our order out was wonderful and super nice. As we were about to leave after eating, my fiance pushed the button to get a refill on his drink. The girl that answered the switchboard just said we don't do refills and hung up. It took him going up to the door and speaking to the woman who initially delivered our food to get a simple refill.

the workers at 930 on friday were not willing to make my order right and put mayonnaise on my friends burger and didn’t correct it and my other friend also had a complaint

JP says too much flavor was added to drink and I had to order twice to receive his pretzel. It was busy with a large crowd of good people. He likes just a little flavor added in. The pretzel twist was perfect! 6/25/25
