So our experience started with us pushing the button to order and nobody ever answered it. I ended up doing our order on the app. The woman who brought our order out was wonderful and super nice. As we were about to leave after eating, my fiance pushed the button to get a refill on his drink. The girl that answered the switchboard just said we don't do refills and hung up.
