I had been a regular customer for over three years, but recently I learned that the ingredients being used are not the quality I expected. I’ve personally seen off brand items being purchased from Walmart, which was disappointing to notice. For the prices being charged, I believe higher quality ingredients should be used. Because of that, I’ve decided not to continue supporting the business.

I have never had anything that I did not absolutely LOVE! The No Nana, Nana pudding and the strawberry shortcake are my go to treats but I tried the Biscoff cupcake and the strawberry and red velvet cake, my GOD! 🔥 You are so talented and yiu can taste the love you put into your baking! Thank you! Oh an thank you for considering those of us that don't like nuts and offering nutless options.

I have been craving pecan pie for days and nobody sells anything good. Stopped by the Specialty Bakeshop for the first time and there it was, the absolute, most delicious, pecan pie on earth. I grabbed a couple pieces and 2 lonely cupcakes. This was all so amazing we drove back the next day and picked up more cakes. They had sold out of the pecan pie but OMG, these cakes are spectacular. We will definitely be back on the regular to try all varieties and options. The service was excellent and the place was bright and clean. Great job Jolando and staff!!! Thank you for making this world a sweeter place to live

Jolandos does it the best, everytime I stop in the worst thing I have to deal with is figuring out which deserts I want because I want them all. Everything is always so so good. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

A perfect dessert for after a PubSub dinner! This bakery has a wide variety to choose from. Let me tell you, you will NOT walk away disappointed. The cakes are very moist, capturing each individual flavor leaving you wanting more. (Pictured is the Peanut Butter cake and the Colossal cookie) The colossal cookie is exactly what it is. Definitely a kid favorite. We cut it to split ot for our kids its that big! Specialty cake are also available. Enjoy!
