One thing I have decided, work ethics and proper management are not as important as it once was. Many people are “flying by the seat of their pants” because they have been forced into positions they’ve no idea how to operate because of the lack of staff and support. Saying that, there are exceptions.

The server was great and very considerate. I was grateful she shared that the place was understaffed and there could be a longer wait time. She was very busy running the floor and door, but she was doing her best. I understood the situation and knew she couldn’t handle frequent rounds to the tables.

Oftentimes, that info is not disclosed and the attitudes and actions of the servers are horrible, resulting in “hangry” patrons and empty tables.

I did stay and my meal was served just as quick as any other time. And quite delicious I’d say. I’ll have another late night visit to Applebee’s!“

“The food and waitress was amazing, had an all American burger , with potato wedges , it was great and filling, great onion rings , bone in wings ,cheese sticks and fried pickles all were very very good , our waitress was on the ball. She never missed a step , her name is Bri.w. she's very friendly and helpful, she's totally awesome took really good care of us , sweet tea rocks , restaurant is clean and inviting, plenty of televisions to watch , we didn't wait very long to get our ultimate sampler , or our food, everything rocks at this location, we loved the service and food, we will be back“
