I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this coffee shop today. I pulled into the drive-thru line, excited to get my late night coffee, but what I got was a 30+ minute wait in line.
To make matters worse, when I finally reached the window to order, I was told that they were no longer serving and had to turn me away. Unbelievable!
What's even more shocking is that there was a whole line of other cars behind me, and I can only imagine how frustrated they must have been.
The lack of communication and poor management of the drive-thru line is unacceptable. If you're going to close early, at least have the decency to let your customers know before they waste their time waiting in line.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

Went through the drive thru worker tried to upcharged us many times while placing our order ask for a lemonade continuously tried to charge us to sweeten it. This is getting ridiculous starbucks can thank Cody and Sydney for losing a customer that has loved starbucks for years.

This Starbucks was a little disappointing regarding the fact they didn't add the crunchy bits to the ribbon caramel crunch frappe. The entrance and exit to the Starbucks is very difficult to get in and out of. The drive through has very narrow curbed driveway that is very difficult for larger vehicles to maneuver. The service was fast and friendly just didn't make the drink correctly this time.
Parking: Very limited and narrow number of parking spots available.

We love going to this Starbucks location. Nowhere to sit but we go shopping. We get the caramel ribbon frappe. We never saw anyone get food here. We only got food at the other locations where we can sit down. Maybe they had sitting a long time ago. They are too busy now and don’t have the space.

9/10 times this store gets your Starbucks drinks made wrong and when you call they give you a hard time as though it’s your fault it’s made wrong. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. The service sucks, the cashier was rude and they burnt my croissant. Very distasteful and disappointed with the service. Through my observation, everyone else was getting their drinks quickly and treated with kindness. It’s 2023 and I’m still treated differently because of the color of my skin big surprise
Black coffee was horrible, 5/22/23 6PM! Weak watery swill. Always get Starbucks coffee when traveling as it's always dependably good. First time it was this awful.

I went to Starbucks this morning 5/20/23 and ordered a caramel Frappuccino. I told the lady no ribbon and I also got a double bacon breakfast sandwich. The drink was wrong and everything was in the bag and not on the sandwich. I took it inside and told them it was wrong. The guy remade the correct Frappuccino and sat it on the counter, then walked away. They didn't apologize or even give me a straw. Shawn could never at the Starbucks in Southeast Health. The best one is in the Hospital definitely not this one.

I’ve not had any negative experiences at this Starbucks, and my husband finds their black coffee to be much stronger than the coffee at the standalone Starbucks here in town. It’s just an added bonus that it’s inside Target!
