It was a bit slow as the priority was given to drive - threw. We got our chai latte, Ham and Swiss croissant, but it took them so much longer to prepare a simple coffee. We also had to remind them about it. Oh well.

When they get your order correct, its okay.. they are however, longer than normal wait times, especially at 5am in the drive-thru when there is no other customers present... it is SO slow!!

All right, so this is my second time coming this week to get my white chocolate mocha Frappuccino very simple order. I don’t do any substitutions. I literally just get the white chocolate mocha Frappuccino the first time I came and got it. I got some blended up milk with whatever syrup I guess she put in there Pretty gross. Is that formula straight to the trash gave it a second chance came and ordered the same thing taste like Fungus or some cleaning product in my drink. I didn’t know it was very hard to make one simple drink off of their menu. I ordered as is. What is the point of having a Starbucks close by if my satisfaction with my drink is never met. Maybe next time I should just order ice water

The woman working at 5pm on may 11 was amazing the other 2 men behind the counter seemed to have attitudes and got mad when my husband I had to have our remade. We could over hear the taller heavier set man make rude comments. We most like will not return to this. I would like to restate the lady working on this day was amazing and very kind and sweet.
They were very patient with me and my friend! I wanted to sample a new drink, I acknowledged that they were going through a rush. I told her she didn’t have to make them, but that didn’t stop the baristas from getting through the rush and still making me new samples!

I almost jumped the curb at this location because I had 30 minutes before I had to be at work and I still barely made it because I was stuck in a very short line with no escape , and no Starbucks your extremely upbeat positive attitudes do not make up for this crap that happens all the time

No one should have to be trapped in a drive thru for 30 mins when they entered with only 3 cars ahead of them. Every order in front of us was large, the lady in front of us literally got handed 6 bakery items on top of drinks. The large orders need to be moved inside or as curbside.. something needs to change. I tried to talk to management and it was “we’re just slammed, sorry about that” no empathy, no care or how inconsiderate it is to be in that situation. While inside wasn’t busy when I entered the line or left it. Large orders should not be allowed in the drive thru, point blank. 30 mins for 3 drinks is ridiculous! I ordered ahead so by the time I even got to the window drinks were watered down and no good, but we didn’t have time to wait another 10-15 to have them to be remade. Wasted $23.. and 30 mins that cost us to be late for an apt that we had plenty of time to get to before stopping at this location. I’ve had other issues with this location before, but this hit the top. I’ll go to the new location in Dothan before I ever go here again.
