My boyfriend and I came in to enjoy a coffee while we did some research online and everyone was so nice and so helpful. Except one girl working there. I didn’t catch her name but she had long brown hair in a braid. She made both of our drinks. Mine came up first but she left mine sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes before she called my boyfriend’s name to indicate that it was indeed ours. Before even making my boyfriends drink she called out his name to tell him she was working on his and when it was done she called out his name before it even hit the counter. And added a note to his cup saying “Hey There ;)”. I’m not a jealous woman and I’m very secure in my relationship but the amount of unwelcome and disrespect I felt here by that one employee was extremely uncalled for. Treat everyone with the same respect. I don't know what her deal was but that was no way a service industry employee should act.

I travel the country to many Starbucks including the original at Pikes place location in Seattle .. this location however stands out. Becca shows exceptional empathy and connection with customers . She’s intuitive and remembers orders and customer names. Jean is another stand out ….. They all help create a true homey “coffeehouse” environment . I feel right at home and part of a family- kinda like a coffee house version of “Cheers” ..;) This one’s a keeper… worth checking out.

Liv, Becca, and Wes are always my FAVORITE night time crew! I come to Starbucks 7 days a week and sometimes a second time for the night. The vibe is always great and they make sure my drink is perfect!

I used to come here DAILY twice a day but it seems the new hires take no pride in working here. The service is bad and has gone down hill. Will no longer be supporting this location especially now that someone else has recommended the new 7 Brew that has opened up down the street from here.

For the most part they do a good job, it's just that the cappuccino is never good and they should do a better job at making sure they actually scan your app to ensure you get your points instead of having to call corporate and go through all of the emailing and waiting nonsense.

Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever ordered from in my life. I have placed multiple orders from them on doordash in every single time my coffee has either been made wrong or looks like crap and tastes like crap. Today I order a coffee I didn't even get it in my doordash order because they were out and instead of them calling to let me know that they're out of the coffee what I like to cancel my order they just send me the rest of the crap that I don't even want I just wanted the coffee but I had to have a minimum order to get the free delivery. Thanks for nothing again for the umpteenth time thank you for absolutely nothing. Literally the worst damn coffee place I've ever been ordered from. I will never and I will repeat it again never ever order coffee or anything from this establishment ever again. You have completely lost my business and I will never be back how can you get every order I make wrong. Hire some people that actually know how to make coffee.

IYKYK!!!! I Absolutely enjoy me a great Frappuccino and now during the Christmas holidays I can get a cinnamon pull apart!!! Only issue with the cinnamon pull apart is I should have got TWO!!! Enjoy!!!

This location messes up my order every single time.
I’m usually in town taking care of my elderly parents, so stopping for coffee should be the easy part of the day. Instead, it adds stress.
My order is extremely simple: one black cold brew and two drip coffees with cream — no customizations — and it’s still wrong every visit.
I’ve only kept coming because it’s close to the hotel I stay at and on my way, but I’ll now gladly go out of my way to avoid this place.

I have been several times since this location opened. I have been looking forward to having a Starbucks that wasn't in a Target or bookstore, but I have been disappointed. Like I said, I've been several times, ordering ahead most of the time, and I've had to wait 30+ minutes almost everytime. There has only been one time when my coffee was waiting for me to arrive. I understand that it's a new store, with new employees, but it shouldn't take half an hour or more for a basic blonde cafe americano after ordering ahead on the app. I will now only go to the ones inside Target and Barnes and Noble until this one is better at handling everything or has better--more trained employees. Starbucks is my favorite coffee place, but this one is not.
