I was helped by employee 423, she didn’t have a name tag so I don’t know her name. She was so busy on her phone she didn’t even realize I was standing right in front of her for a couple minutes. On top of that she didn’t even wash her hands before making my sandwich. I’m completely grossed out, I can’t imagine how unsanitary this place is!

Went for lunch today. Ordered the same sandwiches we have always ordered. My fiance got a footlong on white, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, toasted. Half way through his sandwich he got a BONE. A freaking bone! When I went to the counter and showed the Indian Man that was working he took it, squeezed it and looked at the white girl that was working. Showed it to her, she said that their chicken comes from a bag. She has never had that happen before. I stated he was jot going to finish eating that and we should get a refund. They both looked dumb founded. They did not give me a receipt when we ordered, they did not offer a solution, gift card, refund, new sandwich of another kind, NOTHING. No apology. NOTHING. $26 for two people to eat lunch and one only got to eat 1/4 of their lunch because he got a CHICKEN BONE at least that is what we hope it was. I am glad he didn’t choke on it. But the response from those working was also a disgusting disgrace.

I had to grab a few things before getting my food & there were no customers. Not even 5 minutes later I go into subway and there are three people waiting in line (including myself) & they were restocking everything. Poor customer service. You had free time to restock it should have been prioritized before your customers came in.

Just look at the workers. Who is running these restaurants in Dothan into the ground? The district managers are the most pointless positions in any of these companies. Nothing is getting done. Almost every fast food restaurant is failing in Dothan. This Subway you have to show your phone to them when placing an online order because they have too many people stealing they say. I just gave you the name. Are you dxxb? Toasted? Was it? One line of sauce, sure, just slosh it right on. It's scary but I think we need to do IQ tests for restaurants now.
I went to this store today 02/04/24 at 1030am. My sub had mold on the meat and bread. I'm so happy I looked at it before just eating it. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They should close is location down. So sad to get this kind of quality from a fast food joint. I will be contacting the BBB.

This subway never accepts the coupons that come in our dothan mailboxes and the employees act as if they own the store I went to this subway a year ago an gave it a bad review then and nothing has changed the last time I witness a white person get special treatment the employee actually told the customer to come before me and I let that go but nobody needs to spend their hard earned money at this place the service STINKS

Worst subway ever. Spent 43.00 on just 2 footlong subs on Doordash and got 2 6inch. Took the back at 5:00 just to get told we don't have anymore meatballs

First of all they don't believe in throwing anything away so don't be surprised if you get sick and not only that but the associate @ 6pm today that is always in there because I'm sure she doesn't have anything else to do actes like she couldn't give out a cup for water! Just bad customer service honestly.
