Just look at the workers. Who is running these restaurants in Dothan into the ground? The district managers are the most pointless positions in any of these companies. Nothing is getting done. Almost every fast food restaurant is failing in Dothan. This Subway you have to show your phone to them when placing an online order because they have too many people stealing they say. I just gave you the name. Are you dxxb? Toasted? Was it? One line of sauce, sure, just slosh it right on. It's scary but I think we need to do IQ tests for restaurants now.

I went to this store today 02/04/24 at 1030am. My sub had mold on the meat and bread. I'm so happy I looked at it before just eating it. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They should close is location down. So sad to get this kind of quality from a fast food joint. I will be contacting the BBB.

This subway never accepts the coupons that come in our dothan mailboxes and the employees act as if they own the store I went to this subway a year ago an gave it a bad review then and nothing has changed the last time I witness a white person get special treatment the employee actually told the customer to come before me and I let that go but nobody needs to spend their hard earned money at this place the service STINKS

Last friday between 6 & 7pm i went into this place to order a sandwich to go i am a 75 yr 100% disabled Vietnam veteran woth a small service dog that monitors my breathing so i have him on a mat in the cart, the young lady behind the counter starting argueing about the cart being in the store i tried to explain why i had the cart in the store, she rudely refused to serve me & told me to quote "Get out of the store" she was totally disrespectful, i was the only customer in Subway @ the time. The young man @ the cash register looked @ her with disbelief & actually said sorry sir as i went out. Fire House subs across the street welcomed my business & even commented on my dog & talked to him, the sub & service was excellent from Firehouse.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my food back because it was wrong the lady that was remaking it seemed to have an attitude because I asked for my food be fix the way I ordered it regardless whether it was missing a tomato or put on the wrong bread I paid for my sandwich to be made the way I wanted to eat it. I usually go to the location by the medical center because I'm always greeted by wonderful hospitality and served with the best service out of them beautiful ladies. This is another one on my logo list. I honestly don't even want to eat anymore worried about the energy she put in my food while making it.

GM Nina the manager has an extremely unprofessional bad attitude and she leaves the counter unattended to shop around the store on more then one occasion.

Did a online order and one of the subs was just a 6-in turkey with provolone cheese sub toasted, nothing else on it. When I got home and seen the sub it wasn't even 6 in and it had two half pieces of meat and and a little piece of cheese. Between the meat and the cheese it didn't even cover half of the sub. Our pick up time was 8:45 and they didn't even finish my food until 9:00. Wouldn't be such a problem, if they were busy but no one was in there and they were moving super slow like they were lost. I absolutely will not be coming back here again

I hate putting one star because I love subway. Me and my family had a bad experience here. The food upset my stomach and my daughters sub had only a 1/2 piece of turkey on her 6 inch sandwich. This is the reason for the 1 star , I felt ripped off on quality and quality. Please check your food dates and quality.

The food was very good and had a good variety of drinks and water and Gatorade was also available . And the dinning area was very clean . Only issue was the girl waiting on customers . Was on her phone mostly and very rude when I asked a question . And another time she left the other worker to wait on customers and make sandwiches while she was on her phone the whole time. The other employee had to yell her name to get her to come out to help her .and dhe was very biased with whom she helped . Her name was Jada
