All I can say is it depends on what mood the server is in and/ or whether they like you at first glance. I paid about 13 dollars for a protein bowl it was a portion for a 3 year old. Not going to this location again.

Went there today with my husband. They started to make my food and then skipped my husband and started making another man’s food. Probably the worst customer service experience with that one associate. No apology or saying you didn’t see him. I could not believe they would just skip my husband and then check out the other person first! Truly the lady working this night needs an attitude check. The two boys were fine. She’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a nametag that I noticed or I would have put her name out here.

Employees were standing around, busy talking, handed me my pick up order but didn't bother greeting me or asking if I needed anything else. Pizza wasn't cut, didn't include my dipping sauce and didn't consider adding napkins. Good thing it was a one time thing, wouldn't stop there again.

Apparently the owner of the subway in southeast Dothan doesn’t want anybody getting any sandwiches other than the build your own so you can’t get and spicy Italian sandwich or even any of the new sandwiches subway does. What is the point in having a subway if you are not going to allow people to get the sandwiches they want. The employees specifically said the owner will not let them make any other sandwiches if it wasn’t on the build your own menu it is dumb and make absolutely no sense. Poor work on the owners part he or she should do better and learn to run a business properly.

Wanted a chocolate chip footlong cookie..they didn't have any...wanted a footlong churro..didn't have any..this is not the first time..so why do they bother advertising these if they never have any????They give excuses like ...it's the morning crews fault ..or..we're out of suger. There's a grocery store across the street!!!! Will Not be going back!!!!!
Paid 30$ for 2 footlong subs and 2 drinks. One was supposed to be double meat and the other quite a few garnishes and both were skinny with hardly anything on them. Still hungry.

The service at this E. Main St. location is some of the worst I've ever encountered. There was no one else in line. There were 2 employees. My husband and I ordered 2 subs. The male employee was so unfriendly and seemed so annoyed to have a customer. His demeanor made the few minutes so awkward and uncomfortable. I'm surprised he didn't throw the food at us after we paid. Won't be back!!

We ordered online Sunday around 5pm. When my husband got home I noticed the sandwiches were extra cold. The lettuce was frozen which made the bread soggy. We ordered six chocolate chip cookies and received four We ordered two baked potato chip bags received one. I have tried several time to contact them. Either the manager is not there and I’m told to call back or the phone is busy. Not one time, but multiple times.
