Customer service from the older lady working there was terrible! She was very rude, she didnt seem to like her job at all. There was literally no one there, and it was like as soon as I walked in I ruined her day. Will not be coming back to this location. Dinning room looked decent. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Food was good.
Look at my sandwich tell me do a subway sandwich suppose to look like this i understand you was short staff and you was the only one there but coming now I will never go back to this location again it hurt me said this but I don't like how my sandwich look to pay $ 10.34

Specifically order for this Subway online I arrived the lady at the register was checking out the lady in front of me and then didn’t even acknowledge me while serving the lady BEHIND me…then I proceeded to tell her I had a pickup order and all she told me is “there is not one” she didn’t even try to help figure out what was going on or even check to see if I had the right store. If she doesn’t want her job there’s plenty of people that do!! I won’t be back because of her!

I didn’t realize this Subway closed at 8 I pulled up a few minutes before 8. The guy working had someone to lock the door before I could come in. Normally this is a great location. It’s not good to be rude to paying customers. 5/12/2024

This is a great little subway near the Wells Fargo tower in Dothan. This place is always clean, well organized, and chill. The staff is always on top of the orders and are friendly and easy to work with.The parking lot is a little small but I've never had an issue getting a spot to part.
