We used Sweet Crackle Pop Bakery for our daughter's first birthday party! The cake was everything we could if ever asked for and more. Her work is outstanding! Absolutely blown away! ❤️ She made the most incredible Paw Patrol cupcakes, and when I requested a Spider-Man/Paw Patrol combo, she delivered something beyond my son’s wildest dreams. The cupcakes were not only stunning but tasted fantastic too. Her prices were super reasonable, and she was the sweetest person to work with. She offers gluten free options that are as delicious as her standard flavors (which are also amazing…carrot cake is a must). But she raises the bar even higher with her highly creative and personalized design of the cakes…it went above and beyond what I expected. 10/10 would recommend every time. My husband and I met on a plane, and after our ceremony, we went on a playground in our outfits.

Decided to share our family horrific experience on my cousin's special and unique 15th (Quinseañera) celebration, so others don't trust this person the way we did. We reviewed the comments and pictures and nothing gave us reasons to think we were putting our gift in the wrong hands. This person should be in court facing charges for violation of contract. Not only she did not deliverer the cake she agreed to create but she showed up late, and decided to interrupt our guests cocktail hour despite the specific instructions, she chose to ignore.She charged for set up, and with no notice, left us to set up at the last minute and after been supper late, with the excuse she had another event when she had said not to worry, ours was the last for the day. She charged us for a silver snow flake and initial on top of the cake and instead delivered all white cake with Hobby Lobby look white snow flakes glue to a wooden stick on the side of each 3 ledger. We were charged over $600 and we paid via Zell, therefore lost. This was suppose to be our special gift to our dear girl. We ended embarrassed and feeling horribly disappointed, sad and used by a cold, unprofessional and disgusting individual.Everything she agreed, detail of choices, designed and pictures are all well documented by texts.After the event, we wrote to her and call and not been able to reach her for 19 days, we have realized this person is a fraud.

Worse birthday cake experience and horrible customer service ever. We ordered a cake from “Sweet Crackle Pop”. The owner was given a picture of the cake design and unfortunately the cake that was delivered the day of the party looked like a middle school art project gone wrong.The 3 level cake was supposed to have three different flavors with 3 different fillings (which we were charged for) however all 3 levels had the same filling ( white frosting).The outside of the cake was an embarrassment to look at. It looked like the owner ran to the dollar store and threw some snowflakes on it. I was very disappointed of her work and customer service.Just an FYI…After she gets your money from Zelle she will not pick up your calls or answer your texts.Please stay away from this business. There are a lot of serious and talented bakers out there. However, this is not one of them.
