Taco Bell in Dothan

“After a bad experience at checkers tonight, me and my wife decided to go get our usual from Taco Bell and when we approached the drive thru window we were greeted so nicely by Semay. She was so friendly and didn’t rush us at all. she definitely turned our night better! Incredible customer service!!!!“

“I was in town Dr visit this morning and we decided to bring back lunch for everybody it was 9:30 not lunch time just yet and let me tell you this staff the man at the window and texting the order so incredibly friendly so incredibly friendly
No kidding we got like a $50 order our food they had a spoon around the ordered a lot our food came out hot fresh everything like it should nothing was messed up I tried something different for the first time I got a nachos Bell grande with the chips on the side I will never eat it any differen there's so much in the bowl for Ronaldo's Bell grande I don't even think I had enough chips but that's okay I dipped my five layer leafy five layer in the rest of it either way the young man working the window today and it is January 6th 2026 and this is about 9:45 10:00 this morning just a little while ago The main at the window and the beautiful sweet lady who brought the food out I think she might have been a manager not sure Don't need to go around Dothan and teach people how to act with the public because top notch I mean top notch patient so patient with me because I wasn't for sure what I wanted thank you so much so so much we don't go out a lot well we do but we don't usually buy for the the group and they're all just crazy cuz they haven't had food come out there that good in a long time whatever you're doing keep doing it I will be back I definitely will be back and thank you Taco Bell thank you to staff that's how customers should be treated at all times I'm in so amazed because there's so many places here in Dothan that just suck at customer service thank you guys so much My husband and I truly appreciate it and started the rest of the gang out heret“

“Oh my gosh that Mexican pizza was new to me. If never had it hit it was so delicious. Soft but crunchie, touched all my taste buds and filled me up. I was so delighted and pleased when I left. The lady at the store was exceptional. I truly enjoyed my visit“

“We went here Friday night after a homecoming game and it was crazy busy but the guy working the drive thru window was super friendly despite the line being wrapped around the building. The food came out fast, the order was correct and the food was Hot!!! Excellent job!!“

“Food was ok, yet they were out of everything. No rice or extra lettuce for my bowl. Had to settle for extra beans and cabbage..chicken was cold...yet the young cook was very helpfull with offering options and sincerely sorry there was no lettuce“
