Food was ok, yet they were out of everything. No rice or extra lettuce for my bowl. Had to settle for extra beans and cabbage..chicken was cold...yet the young cook was very helpfull with offering options and sincerely sorry there was no lettuce

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 stars) Quick drive-thru, friendly staff, and fresh Steak Quesadilla. Clean dining area. Parking lot a bit tight. Solid spot for a taco fix!

Most of the staff is really nice Ashley etc but there's another manager who is not very nice, a woman. She's not customer service oriented or pleasant, maybe she was having a bad day. As for the food, it's okay. The taco sauce isn't what it used to be. It seems watered down these days. I wish it tasted better for the tacos

The food was good but the aftermath was deadly, just put it out there like that.
We came to this Taco Bell for lunch and it was one of the best food and experiences we ever had at a TB! Our large family was greeted immediately and warmly by the staff. And every single order was made PERFECTLY hot and fresh. We got so many customizations and everything tasted great! We hope to come back to this location again one day whenever we travel through again!
Vegetarian options: Everything was customizable and executed perfectly
I ABSOLUTELY AM GOING BACK! I got the soft tacos ( chicken, not the beef) you specify that if you want chicken, because they are automatically beef. At least that is what I experienced. The tortilla was so soft and so hot and delicious with mild sauce!! I am a big fan of the 3 cheese flatbread melt and the meximelt! If I were you, I'd go there right now!

They are a disgrace to the taco bell franchise, every other taco bell in this Dothan is very fast and consistent. The only thing they're consistent about is being slow.

Please take care when door dashing from this location. They don't care about their door dash customers. When picking up, they let the door dash customer's order just sit on the counter while they prioritized several in store and delivery customers. The employees actually even left the food sitting on the counter while she stocked! We waited over 15 minutes for the order. Please be aware if they aren't looking at you they don't care about you! I can't rate the food or anything here as this turned me off completely from ever giving these people my money.
