Both sodas warm, Pepsi flat, cinnamon twist basically crumbs, drive through worker showing his underwear forgot the drink in the first place and pulled a car at lunch time when we were the only car and didnt give the correct sauce that they clearly had time to think about. Shitty service overall.

Probably the worst Twco Bell experience I've ever had. It took 40min to get out food from the drive thru! On top of that they had to come out 3 times due to the order being wrong each time. At that point I just took whatever food they gave me and left.

The worse experience I’ve ever had. Never had such bad service. The Jojo and manger both disrespectful. I’ve really never seen such bad serve: walking in the lobby cussing at people and the manager allowing you to do so is insane. Corporate was called.. there was no need for the disrespect!!!!

I placed my order using the mobile app. When I arrived I gave my name at the speaker and was told to pull forward. I was told they was waiting on the empanadas and potatoes I ordered and I was asked to pull to the front they would be out soon. So I get my drink and pull around, where there were literally 4 other vehicles parked waiting on food, I personally waited in the parking lot for 15mins, others had already been waiting and became impatient, getting out of their vehicles, looking into the windows, annoyed, as they should have been!! My order contained 1 burrito, 1 fiesta potatoes, 1 small drink and 2 empanadas.. 15mins seemed WILD to me. Not to mention the lack of care and unprofessionalism from the guy that was working the window. I know drive out of my way to the location on South Oates because they are nicer, never mess the order up, and I'm never waiting 15mins in a sketchy dark parking lot for 5 items.

Had a no beef. The chicken on my taco tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way. The mic is way overdue for a fixing. My taco wasn’t even wrapped and was broken completely. The contents were in the bottom of my bag. My friend didn’t get the nacho fries she asked for.
I get they are supposed to be smaller but come on man 🤣 got the discover luxe box or whatever and literally had like two tiny pieces of meat inside

This place sucks.I went at 10 o'clock on a Thursday night.I was the only person in the drive through and it took them 20 minutes and they still didn't take my order.I would hate to see this place at any type of day when it's at all busy.They wouldn't be able to unscrew themselves i would not recommend this taco.Bell go to a different one.It's a waste of time

Food was ok, yet they were out of everything. No rice or extra lettuce for my bowl. Had to settle for extra beans and cabbage..chicken was cold...yet the young cook was very helpfull with offering options and sincerely sorry there was no lettuce
