On 3-20-24 around 10 I placed an order through drive through. I was greeted at the speaker with “order when you’re ready” a very unprofessional and unwelcoming greeting. While ordering I was trying to explain that I wanted my taco regular and I said plain , the response from the person taking my order ( a taller skinny male who looked to be a manager) was “you need to be a littler more specific “ in a more upset tone . When I got to the window the exchange was quick and looks where given. I will NOT be returning and spending my money at this Taco Bell

I showed up at like and. I ordered on the app. I got the app box. It was really fresh. I got to the window at like 1159p. The girl was like she got my order and she told me to pull onto the parking lot. I ordered the diablo sauce in the app and when she brought the box out, the sauce was actually in the bag. Wow. So cool. And my bean and cheese burrito was fat. Thank youVegetarian options: Bean and cheese burrito. Chips and cheese dip

I mean you come here for the food. You don't really expect service. One of the two kiosks did not work so we had to wait at the front counter for about 5 minutes. Some of the tables were dirty. But the drink machine area is what stands out as the worst part. Every button is crusty. The drain has black mold and it's very questionable. So I took a pass on the drink machine this time around. Staff was nice.
