KFC has really gone down hill just like many other restaurants in Dothan. Service was decent but I ordered a three piece white meat they gave me dark meat with a biscuit that was not edible. I want what I paid for not whatever you put in the box. I will not return

The new chaulupas are a 10/10! Now the nachos were VERY stale. The speaker didn't work, you had to pull up to the window to place an order, which causes you to sit longer than usual. They were out of mild sauce! That's it!

Needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom is the worst I’ve seen across the USA; it’s actually impressive how nasty it is. General atmosphere is dark, dank, and wet despite it looking like it’s been refreshed in the past 5 years. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Food was slightly below what you’d expect from a KFC Bell combo.

I got the new cheez tostada and as long as I had to wait you would think it would have been crispy not soggy and I asked for extra sour cream they charged but it didn't look like no extra nothing but sogginess??♀️

It wasn't the most dirty I have seen ... Yes they do a lot of business with the hospital ... But long story short management has Okay'ed poor work ethic and running this store like the wild wild West... So I you want to dodge ashes at the takeout window and drinks in side this is sure to be your spot ... However if looking for a place to eat just go to rodeo next door ... They even have margaritas
