I had one of the most disappointing drive-thru experiences tonight at this Taco Bell. After being told to wait 10 minutes before they could even take my order, I then spent another 15 minutes in the drive-thru (with only two cars ahead of me). I understand being busy—no problem there—but the service I received afterward was unacceptable.
I ordered a Mountain Dew with light ice, but the cup was missing nearly two inches of drink. It genuinely looked like someone had taken a few gulps before handing it to me. If I’m asking for light ice, I shouldn’t be losing drink.
It also took an unusually long time for them to give me my change, and to top things off, the middle-aged African American woman (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude. She told me, “Your time’s up, you gotta go,” as if any of the delays were in my control.
I’m new to Dothan, and everywhere else I’ve been so far, people have been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. This was by far my worst Taco Bell experience. If you’re looking for food after 9:30 PM, do yourself a favor—skip this location and save your money.

This is one of my normal stops when I am in the area. A modern up to date place. But, this time was very saddening. The place was nearly empty. I had to wait almost ten minutes to order and another 15 minutes to receive my order. While waiting, I looked around, noticed a food inspector rating of 97, yet the prep counters were full of food debris, the floor with small piles of food swept together, and the drink counter needed a good wipe down. I am not sure how they could receive such a high rating when a common customer could easily see these discrepancies. By the time I received my food, it was luke warm. You have lost a customer.

We went here Friday night after a homecoming game and it was crazy busy but the guy working the drive thru window was super friendly despite the line being wrapped around the building. The food came out fast, the order was correct and the food was Hot!!! Excellent job!!

Went through drive through Sunday June 15th before 9:00 pm the girl at the window took my credit card and didn't give it right back she goes to the front register and takes orders from other people I'm steady looking at her so when she sees me looking she comes and hands me my order but didn't give me my credit card I had to ask for it she should have just gave me my card first before she went to take other people's orders

I was literally in the dining room.Ordering my food when the manager came out and said that the dining room is closed and that I had to go get in line to the drive through which but if he would have told me before I ordered my whole meal inside I could have been sooner in line for the drive through garbage customer service.I would not recommend going here
