I normally love going to Taco Bell late at night, so it could just be because it’s a different crew during the day. I normally have amazing service but something happened today that was extremely unacceptable. I am a diabetic and order diet drinks every time I go and this time I ended up with a regular drink. I test my drinks with my blood sugar monitor thankfully and caught it before I started drinking. I don’t think you understand what could have happened to me if I did. If I drank that drank and my blood sugar got high enough I could have ended up in a coma. Please do better because a death by Taco Bell is not the way I want to go out for real. How embarrassing would that be I am so dead ass right now. Please get your staff before someone croaks. Anyways, on top of that there was also whole ass menu items that I ordered that were not in my bags.

Poor service got order wrong had to drive all the way back across town to get the order corrected cashier had an attitude about it and it took forever to get the replacement order. Very disappointed

I placed a mobile order at 6:13 and didn’t get my order until 6:56. I waited at drive thru for 20 minutes before finally going inside. Walked up to counter not one person acknowledged me. People who ordered their food while I was inside waiting received their food and left

Everyday it's something missing/out of stock and then they don't give me nachos for my 7$ box after having to wait 6 min outside what ima do with just cheese??? I wont be going back. I'm so fed up with the service I had to write a negative review. Only good service I get is through the speaker.

Service was ok, I ordered the (#6 I think) two beef chalupas & a soft taco, she asked me what type of meat. I said beef. I got my food it was chicken 😩 they were good but I ordered beef. That's my only complaint.

Can we just talk about the PORTIONS? If taco bell has no meat or sides to add in the tacos please close down and reopen when you have enough food to put in the tacos. The fresh cantina taco was the best?? the avocado salsa Verde sauce was too good. I dont like the cinnamon twists, I wish they'd do the cheese fries or chips. They charge for chips, and they don't have fries. I suppose it was limited time??
