After a bad experience at checkers tonight, me and my wife decided to go get our usual from Taco Bell and when we approached the drive thru window we were greeted so nicely by Semay. She was so friendly and didn’t rush us at all. she definitely turned our night better! Incredible customer service!!!!

. Meal for 4: 2 crunch wraps, 2 quesadillas, 4 tacos, 2 nacho chips n dip; 4 drinks; beefy nachos; and a bowl of beans n rice. Guys payed attention in ensuring there were no tomatoes on the crunch wraps. So thanks for that. Every single item from our order that required 'grilled' heat pressed was burnt, as in barely edible, burnt, with next to nothing on them when it came to ingredients. Don't even look remotely close to the pictures on the Taco bell website. In the past, I've placed the same order and received very similar, leaving the tomato on when I requested it for it to be left off. Skimpy portions... Guys I love Taco Bell!!! My best friend is a manager at a store in Tennessee. Food is my love language. Y'all toying with my heart over this tho!!! It's killing me to leave this review. And ain't no drive thru time worth burning the food. It was a delivery at that so I wasn't exactly there, impatiently, waiting for my food. Pictures for learning purposes only! I believe in you Taco Bell! Oh n the beefy nachos got smashed being at the bottom of the bag. Food was still eaten tho. Everyone grumbled about the burnt stuff, well everyone except the dog, who stole a quesadilla when no one was looking.

Its hit or miss with this location.a few weeks ago i was checking my order and one of the cantina Chicken tacos hardly had anything on it ask them to remake it because what you pay for this stuff you want your food and it took to long to get the order and they have plenty of associates working that night.went back got the Dorito loco taco i substitute steak instead of the ground beef.what is it with yall skimping on the meat.there was hardly no steak on them

Was driving through heading back to Missouri and wanted something cheap and quick, and these ladies were very friendly and professional and the food was fresh and well portioned. We appreciate them and hope they get the recognition they deserve from tonight!

My food is usually always so good and fresh. I don’t know what happened tonight my food was just cold . My burrito was hard like it had been sitting up . My soft taco was cold soggy and wet like it had been made for a previous order. I could not eat it i had to trash it , it was absolutely terrible . Whole meal was just a waste of money the soda was even flat .

No clue what happened to this place, It used to be a good location. The last three times I have been here including this evening I have been given food that should not be served, stale taco shells, hard stale chalupa shell, rotten tomatoes, stale cinnamon twists without any cinnamon sugar on them. The portion sizes are absolutely tiny, when I order a taco or chalupa or anything else there is barely any meat whatsoever. Spent $30 tonight, and there is barely any meat on any of the tacos, nachos and literally 3 small pieces of chicken in the chalupa Why??? This location had another manager before who was awesome and the food was great! Whoever it is now absolutely sucks especially the short older white lady working drive thru. Seriously considering doing a chargeback on my credit card because I definitely did not get what I paid for. I understand inflation but Taco Bell's prices have gotten even higher yet the portion sizes keep shrinking this is unacceptable. When I said something to the lady at the drive-thru because I could tell the bags were incredibly light, she looked at me like I was stupid 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Do better! As for me I'm not going back to this location. Shane on you.
Always go to the drive thru never had a problem here always fast, hot, always made right and good this is the best Taco Bell around in my opinion it’s beats enterprises 100 to 1. If you want a wrong cold order that takes forever go to the enterprise Taco Bell

I ordered for my family and I tonight. We got home and we're missing half of our food! I checked the bag but not each individual wrapper. I tried to call them and try to make it right but no one will answer the phone!
