Server was great however the food was HORRIBLE. The onion was mostly skin. My husband's steak was over half plain fat and the rest was blue! My hamburger patty was burnt and cold. The cheese didn't even melt on it at all It had one string of shredded lettuce, an old tomato slice and old onion slice. The water was ok

The only and biggest problem is the restrooms. The men’s and ladies bathrooms are disgusting.. It concerns me that if this is in the public area, what is going on in the area that the public doesn’t not see. Clean the bathrooms please.

Loud. Wasn't quite sure who our waitress was the same one never came twice Forgot multiple times drinks and 3 out of 5 steaks were cooked wrong Baby back ribs were ok Rice was an unedible pile of mush green beans were cold and checks where wrong Only reason food wasn't 1 star is the kebabs, rolls and blooming onion were good So much food was left 2 hours later on our way home we stopped and ate somewhere else
Not the best experience. It's Friday night, we knew there would be a wait. 1st text said 35-45 wait. After about an hour and 10 minutes, we received the text, grab our party and go to desk. One of the females at the door told everyone that entered, we are getting a table cleared for you. We stood inside for a little while as well. They were seating people that came almost an hour after we did. Several groups actually. The only saving grace to this visit was our waiter, Drake/Draklin. Thank you, Drake!! He hustled and did what he could to make our meal enjoyable. Not sure the food was good enough to overcome the service. TB
