The customer service is always great when I go, but they must’ve changed their menu and recipes. I ordered for pick up yesterday and my coffee tasted like water with no flavor and my donut was so tiny and hard compared to how it normally is! I’m so disappointed because they changed their prices on the donuts and charge more for a smaller one that doesn’t even taste as good. Y’all had some of the best ones in Dothan! Please change whatever yall did back

Stopped here on our way back to Georgia from Florida on 10/18. Ordered two donuts and two iced coffees and it was delicious. Loved the brown sugar cinnamon oatmilk espresso shaker maple bacon donut. My son enjoyed the pink strawberry sprinkle donut. Can’t remember what my husband ordered but he enjoyed it too. Bathroom was also very clean. We will definitely stop here again. We usually stop at the Dunkin around the counter but decided to give this place a try and we didn’t regret it. The barista was very friendly as well.

Absolutely amazing! With several locations, you can always find a Bean Bro in town. Right now, their fall pumpkin drinks are DELICIOUS! This was a pumpkin cheesecake with cold foam on top. So good. And service was quick and fast. I went to the Oates St. location and was served by Maddie.

The Atmosphere here was cool. The People were awesome. I ordered a latte. A machiato.. I prefer an espresso style coffee. This was not even close to making my top 10. It was over roasted and bitter. It's like truck stop coffee to me. I won't be back.

Most of the time, this place is good, but this day, they were off their game. Whatever this was that the young man served me was not what I ordered. He even argued with me about it. It was horrible. I'll just go to Taylor from now on.
Came in today at 11:40 and waited patiently to be served for a solid 5 minutes and the girl working (wore braids have no idea who she was) never said a single thing to me. Not a I’ll be with you in a second or anything just pure silence as she moves around behind the counter seeming to clean or make a drink or something. After about ten minutes a man sneezed from behind the counter and the girl said bless you to him. Never even saw there was a man but he was laying down behind the counter also not saying anything and then eventually got up to pee and walked past me in the lobby to the bathroom and then back behind the counter to lay down, still ignoring me. Eventually 20 minutes had passed and I was now late for work and no one did anything to acknowledge my presence so I left. Horrible staff, horrible communication, disrespectful and weird. No reason at all to come back since I couldn’t even place an order with 2 people working behind the counter.
