We love tropical smoothie and I went out of my way to go to this location because it USE to be a good one. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! Our order was over $40 worth of food and for the limited amount of actual food on all of our items was ridiculous. There was a girl and a guy working and the guy is the one that made our food. There was just a few pieces of chicken on our 2 chicken bacon ranch flatbreads. We also got 2 peanut butter banana crunch flatbreads that suppose to have peanut butter, banana, granola & honey on them. There was no peanut butter on them! I hope the owner sees this and does something because this was uncalled for. I feel sorry for everyone else that got orders from this location today 6/8/2025.

Just had the worst customer service from the employee in the drive thru. She didn't smile and was rude as if she didn't want to be at work. I canceled my order. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and they are always rude and act as if they don't want to be at work or deal with people. The food was not good and I had more spinach and cheese on my wrap than chicken. I never have an issue at the other location. Customer service is the number one reason businesses go out of business CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Placed a web order and went and picked up my food. I had ordered a blimey limey and I am not sure what I received. It tasted like it had protein or something added to it . Luckily I am not allergic to anything. I tried calling but no one would answer the phone(crazy because there were no customers there at all). I went back and was told that they would remake it, but at that point I did not want it anymore and requested a refund. I was told that they are not sure but they don’t do refunds. The associate called a manager they stated that they will do a refund. I did not sign anything or was provided a receipt. After going out of my way and not seeing a refund I just disputed it with my bank. I won’t be returning to this location.

Smoothies have been watery. Hardly any flavor, I get the PB Cup extra PB and can barely taste the PB. I get the dilla as well and they literally left half of it empty. Is it too hard to fill up the whole tortilla. There is atleast 2 inches of tortilla. Where is the meat and cheese?
Updated: came again Nov 6. Ordered chicken dilla as I always do...and no chicken...just a cheese quesadilla? I feel like im not getting my money's worth here. This will be my last visit to one of my favorite lunch spots...you'd think someone who comes in almost EVERY week they'd know how to make it....yet again...very disappointed.

I have been to this particular establishment twice and this was the last time! We sat in drive thru this time and the same girl sat there on her phone texting and looking at us and never came to the window. Sad because I love the Enterprise establishment they are Great.

This tropical smoothie is the GOAT!!!! Came to get a pick up order and ordered at the wrong address, I only have a 30 minute lunch so was so frustrated with myself! Well these angels not only made my food in under 5 minutes but didn’t make me pay twice thank you to this team for being so sweet to this hungry pregnant gal! ❤️

I am very unpleased. I asked for a hummus veggie and I got chicken? Figure it out. I’m a vegetarian and once I bit into it I realized it was chicken in it.
