I have been to this particular establishment twice and this was the last time! We sat in drive thru this time and the same girl sat there on her phone texting and looking at us and never came to the window. Sad because I love the Enterprise establishment they are Great.

This tropical smoothie is the GOAT!!!! Came to get a pick up order and ordered at the wrong address, I only have a 30 minute lunch so was so frustrated with myself! Well these angels not only made my food in under 5 minutes but didn’t make me pay twice thank you to this team for being so sweet to this hungry pregnant gal! ❤️

I am very unpleased. I asked for a hummus veggie and I got chicken? Figure it out. I’m a vegetarian and once I bit into it I realized it was chicken in it.

For the first tine at ANY Tropical Smoothie location I left with no order. First no body checking the front for about 10 minutes of wait, then someone finally comes from the back we say "Good morning" and we dont even get a greeting or may I take your order, my husband greets the guy again and tells him his order and nothing he looks at me and I tell my husband no thank you! I work with customers all the time I am a manager and that is no way imof treating customers, I not asking for special treatment and Im a regular customer and all the other girls are great. A hello or good morning goes a long way, and the even ask for the order don't just stand there like a blank and say nothing AT ALL. That just mean you don't want my business.

Ridiculous service. I attempted to order in the drive thru and no one came to the first window, so I pulled to the 2nd window, not knowing which one they took orders at... Still no one came to the window with MULTIPLE employees walking by it. I called the business because the car behind me was helped and I was in his way to leave. Explaining the situation, I was told "we don't serve at the 2nd window". I explained again how I only pulled up because no one came to the 1st window... and she says "Well it's national smoothie day and we're really busy." Understood... I ask her what to do (seeing that I can't back up). "Well I can serve you and the 2nd window just this one time, but it's not something we can continue to do." No, I didn't get anything, and no I won't be back. Busy is understandable. Disrespect to customers is not.

I waited 8 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive thru just to be told, “You have to pay at the first window. You’ll have to get to the back of the line.” I go back through, twenty minutes later, and had to pay full price! No apologies or anything.” POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I walked in three employees were there. One was working the window and two were in the back. No one acknowledged me for nearly 10 mins. I was just getting ready to walk out when the gentleman working the window took my order. The food was good but the customer service is extremely poor.

They need a faster staff or more staff. It took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order mind you I came inside because i thought it would be quicker than the drive thru. Once our order was placed the worker said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait on the smoothies. That's something that should have been said before I paid for my order not after.There was a like of 6 behind me and 2 people left because of the wait time. I understand you have to make the smoothies but there should be a better system in place to make it go faster. They lost on 2 sales in the 10 minutes I was there. I was very disappointed in one of my families favorite places. The staff today move like molasses.

This place would be great if they changed a few things.It's too expensive. They changed the cookies to a cheaper version. Too salty food. They need to answer the phone more. Smoothies are mostly ice to make it cheaper. Some of the sides are free and some aren't but they don't really tell you which ones.

Sunshine sunset smoothie, it was so good; I had it twice in one day! I wasn't feeling well, and wanted to get some solid vitamins in, so I stopped here, not really sure what to expect.I was super impressed with the diverse menu. Smoothies, waffles, flatbread, quesadillas. I had the aforementioned two smoothies; that is totally recommended. I also got the kids quesadilla. Because, calories and girl-ish figure. It was good! It tasted like several cheeses, it was hot and toasty and crunchy. On my visit in the store, the staff was super nice with me at the counter. But the impressive part; was how super sweet they were with the inquisitive kids that were also inside. They were helpful and spoke to the kids in a way that they would understand. That impressed me. Go here, have some healthy yummy food, hang out with chill people (see what I did?) ;)
