I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food is. At the recommendation of family, I stopped in for lunch. I was under the impression they only serve smoothies. Overall, this is a great place to get a sensible and healthful meal.

Fabulous drinks

We ate at Tropical Smooth Cafe with friends tonight (7/22/24) and the food was delicious. But more importantly than that, the young man who took our order was amazing! So kind and actually caring! He took our order and brought it to our table with a beautiful smile. Excellent customer service!

Very inconsistent. I have been going to tropical smoothie for years and all of a sudden things aren't the same. So salsa in with the dilla & hardly any cheese in the actual dilla. I ask for extra PB in my PB cup smoothie and it tastes like I'm drinking brown water. No flavor whatsoever. Have the recipes changed or have we just gotten lazy?

Never eaten here just picked up for doordash, but the team members don't get in a rush and aren't the friendliest

All the workers are just petty and rude they look like they don’t wanna be here and no smile no sorry the food was cold and the beans were hard

The smoothies didn't have a lot of flavor. If anyone knows where I can get a good smoothie around here, please let me know. Aside from that, the boy at the front taking orders was friendly and charming with an infectious smile. Good service should be expected, great service is the exception. And business owners should be rewarding their employees with better wages...Although we didn't love those smoothies, I would go back and try something different, because that boy was the exception.

Placed and order on 5/15 and never got my food. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. No phone call or email regarding it. Not cool at all.
