How can you run a business if you can't answer the phone....I have an elderly family member that gets meal's weekly ... today asked the driver to carry the meals and put them in the fridge...the driver just carried them right back to the truck and drove off.... Now is this how we treat our elders.....I want this driver fired for the way they acted!!! I called my family member's case worker at sarcoa....and I want some damn answers!!!
