So I moved to this area from Florida and didn't go to Waffle House much in FL. The Waffle House across from Southeast Hospital is now my favorite Waffle House ever. All the food I've ever gotten here is awesome. My wife who's a southern girl, loves their Grits, I'm particular to the BEC Biscuit or the Waffle platter. Keep up the great work and I'll always be a customer.

absolutely worst experience at a waffle house I've ever seen. came in every table was dirty so me and my friend cleaned our table and sat down had to ask the cook for a towel to wipe the table. after 15 minutes the server finally came to take our order we waited 45 minutes for our food to even start being cooked. we had to tell the cook our order because the server never called the order. a couple sat behind us and sat for 20 minutes before even being greeted, we stopped a server named Kiana and told her the table never got greeted she didnt respond just walked back by the register and ignored us and the table. while she walked by she was cussing and being disrespectful. im a manager at another restaurant and was absolutely disgusted at the entire experience.

We took our infant and 3yr old in to eat breakfast. An elderly waitress with glasses slung a rag on the able and slammed a trash can down next to the table bc we walked up to the booth to claim the booth on a busy Saturday morning. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!

Since I'm from nebraska, there's no way to go through the South without stopping for breakfast at Waffle House! What a great value, the waffle with side of sausage was excellent!

They have some of the best servers and cooks in the Houston County area. We all know Waffle House, in general, has some kind of reputation but I love the workers here. Chelsea, Dezmond, Blake, Lindsey, AJ, and few others make coming here worth it. I’d travel across the entire town just to eat here. They know their customers. They live the meaning of customer service. My only problem with Waffle House is they need to put all the menu items on the website to order since they don’t want us to call in orders anymore. Other than that, I LOVE IT HERE!
