THIS PAST WEEK I'VE BEEN EATING OUT SO BEEN GOING TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE ON REEVES STREET THE COOKS I ENCOUNTER THERE HAVE THE BEST TALENT WITHIN THEIR HANDS FOOD BE SO GREATLY COOKED PRESENTABLE AND YOU CAN TELL THE WHOLSOME LOVE WITHIN THEIR COOKING THIS PORK CHOPS ARE SO RIGHT IM HUMBLE AND THANKFUL WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD GREAT SMALL TALK VIBES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TO TIP.. I TOLD THE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY ILL BRING HER AND THE COOK A TIP TONIGHT SAME TIME PAYDAY TODAY..

JD the cook is the best in the city, possibly only second by a slim margin to the cook at the WH next to the medical center. The waitress was very friendly and ensured i had a good experience and was quick to take my order. The restaurant was clean and the food tasted great!

No gravy for grits, bacon tasted like it was from wild boar, eggs was the only food that was hot. Toast would not melt butter. Place was not perfect clean, but I have seen worse.
Servers try and force you to order online and give bad service for to go food...I always sit at the bar wait on my to go food and leave a decent tip considering I'm offered a drink or coffee while I wait and I understand how waffle house waiters are paid... when I sat at the bar and told them I was taking it to go I was told immediately i needed to come to the register to order then told to sit back down behind the bar ...while the restaurant was almost empty....my rules is if I have to stand up to order I do not tip....being to greedy to let me sit in your area...no thanks ill keep my tip and go to the new waffle house by academy

There was one server in particular that favored one table. She did not wait on her other tables (including us) and kept looking over at us. She wouldn’t clean off our tables & We did not get greeted or anything. She was absolutely horrible, it was so bad to the point another worker had to come and pick up her slack because she was only going to the one table. The other staff was very friendly, and made sure we was taken care of. The way she acted and went about everything was awful, and she got mad when something was said to her about it. I wish I could’ve gotten her name, she does not deserve a serving job.
