I came here eat, but as I sit here and watch the cook go from handling raw bacon and pork chops to putting his hands on clean plates and grabbing people's food with the same plastic gloves on that he just handled the raw pork with, I'm suddenly not hungry. People are going to get sick here.

We stopped before a long drive heading back home, what we didn't know was a main water line was just repaired overnight and had only been fixed shortly before our arrival at 5 AM. We were a little concerned but staff did a great job and provided us with a good meal. 10/31/25 I couldn't access the Link you sent about the employees that worked the early morning shift but the date was Saturday the 18th in Dothan Alabama and we were there close to 5 AM. I hope this helps.

Unacceptable behavior from employee named Josh
I came in expecting good food and a calm environment, but instead I witnessed something that honestly shocked me. One of the employees, his name was Josh, loudly berated another worker in front of everyone customers and coworkers alike, over what looked like a really small mistake. He called her rude names and was completely unprofessional. She looked embarrassed and clearly shaken, but handled it with more grace than most people could.
No employee deserves to be talked to like that, especially not in front of a crowd. It made the whole atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. Management needs to seriously address this kind of behavior. It’s not okay, and it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.
Until something changes, I won’t be back.

I went to get a breakfast bowl. I simply said no.onions. I had so many onions and this the 2nd time this has happened within 2 weeks. I cant call to let them know. I'm pissed bc im working and cant take back or get my money. Its ridiculous. Like I stated this the 2nd time but I will never go back

I was promptly greeted as I entered the restaurant, the waitress refilled my water before I even needed it refilled, and another asked if I needed anything when it wasn't even her table. Great service, the staff was friendly with all the customers calling many of them by name.

TiKi was our waitress, that's what people call her. She was nice ,polite to have waitress on us. The coffee was fresh we didn't have to wait for anything. Everyone that works there was nice. Definitely will go back if we come this way. I hope that the manager realizes he has a good group of employees working on that shift.Thank you again TiKi
