Shay greeted me as I walked in. Said she'd be right with me. She took my order, got my coffee and called out to the cooks. Less than 5 minutes later my order was hot and fresh in front of me. I started to leave a one star review. The two that were here were more interested in talking and feeling up each other rather than greeting customers. However Andrew came in and immediately started taking control of the floor. Helping and greeting customers making sure everyone has what they needed all while the other two kept chatting away. He's definitely headed somewhere in life! Great job Andrew!
I walked in while there were more workers than customers. There was no greeting. The workers continued to chat amongst themselves and ignored me. After I sat at the high bar a waitress asked if I would be dinning in or carry out. She took my order without another word to me. When the food came up she just pushed it toward me without saying a word again. I ate my food with no offer of a refill on my coffee or my water. When I finished eating I went to the register without a ticket...
