Drove from Montgomery to Waffle House in Dothan to eat Thanksgiving dinner with our son who worked until 8 PM Thanksgiving Day. Manager, server and all employees were awesome. Food was great.

We sat down nobody in the place and they took a 20 minutes to greet us. Dirty plates on all the tables, we had to move dirty plates off our table to sit, This one worker Cindy was super nice and she wasn't even out server, she was a cook, thank you to Cindy otherwise we would have been waiting for our drinks and food for an hour

When I walked in, noone even acknowledged me, I sat down at the only clean table by the counter. About 5 minutes 3 servers walking back and forth talking but not tending to the customers. Still no acknowledgement. I asked to be served, the girl looked at me, didnt say a word and continued flipping thru tickets. I waited another minute then got up and walked out. A young man asked me why I was leaving...I said no service and not even an acknowledgement. Bye. I then went on to the 231 S location and got exemplary service and food. Dont ignore customers! Itll come back to bite you!
