New waffle house only stopped by twice. Second time they forgot my mushrooms but were amazingly friendly and polite even when I mentioned that I couldn't confirm that the mistake was on my end or theirs. Joshua and the others there are awesome, friendly, and the food and customer service were great! Good start for their new location!

Caroline and Devante were AMAZING. I FOR SURE will drive extra miles to go to THIS waffle house. Food was pretty quick, VERY GOOD, and great service. The cook Devante was EXCELLENT. 🙏❤️ HIGHLY recommend this waffle house. MOSTLY if these staff are here! Super nice and SUPERB SERVICE.

It was so nasty in there most of the tables were dirty the shift idk it was 4:50am when we got there no one greeted us just stared and continued on as if we weren't there. Headed to a waffle house well out the way but at least it's clean & the people are inviting.

I was excited to try the newest location in Dothan. I was immediately put off by not being greeted when my daughter and I walked in. Every server & the cook looked at us and did not open their mouths. Shortly after we sat down, two white men walked in, and both were greeted instantly. The same happened with a single white male who entered. Afterward, an elder black female walked in, and not one person spoke to her. The food was okay, but the unpleasant service made this experience uncomfortable and I will not return to this location.
