I wasn't even able to place an order because management was talking over the person that was trying to take my order and being very rude to the point that the person just started repeating whatever she said. They wanted me to come inside for some reason when I told them I had a toddler in my car. They were very rude mind you I'm pregnant and I have a toddler in my car I can't get out when I can just get an order at the window. They're hiring for all positions and I see why they are very rude and see miserable and they were not even that busy they weren't busy at all but they just don't want to make orders if you don't want to make the food you're not going to have the business if you don't have a good atmosphere you're not going to have workers maybe it's time for new management

People this is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. Impossible to get anything hot. Takes forever to get the order. Everything is wrong when you get it and nobody cares. Don’t waste your money or time you will regret it

I’m extremely upset because I ordered $20 worth of food and I asked for a bacon junior cheeseburger. I got everything on the sandwich except for the patty. My son ordered a milkshake frosty and there was a Hair in his frosty so I called them and I told him about my sandwich and I took the sandwich and the frosty up there. Nobody had hairnets and one of the employees had the audacity to talk crap about me with another employee, I did not appreciate that. I could’ve asked for my money back, but I didn’t all I asked for was to remake my food.

I went to Wendy's to eat and when I pulled up to the drive to I was asked to wait had to sit there for more than 5 minutes before my order was ever taken. When I got my food the nuggets were overcooked I was never asked what kind of dipping sauce I wanted nor did I receive any napkins in the bag

Came in to pick up a DoorDash that should have been ready at 7:54 I didn’t get the food until 20 minutes later. Mind you I showed up FIVE minutes before the pickup time and wasn’t spoken to by anyone until 15 minutes later and they hadn’t even started preparing the food. If you plan on DoorDashing from this place do it at your own risk or you’ll be waiting 30+ extra minutes for your food. The cooks had and attitude and no one was even greeted that came in the store. Probably the WORST experience I’ve had in any food establishment. Learn some manners and do your job instead of worrying about getting off. OR find another job.

Blake was very helpful and very customer oriented. He seemed to be the only one who knew what was ordered. The manager and several other workers just ignored us when we went to counter for nugget sauce. The baked potato was finally given to us when we were done eating. Trash is overflowing in dining room and they were out of chili and several lemonade flavors. The manager was not managing at all but was just belittling Blake and blaming him for all the issues at the store and threatening to send him home when he was trying to calm an argument between the manager and another worker.
we were waiting in line right behind the speaker but not close enough to order, and whoever is at the speaker taking orders yells at us so loud we can hear her through the car window. when we finally pull up the speaker to order and roll down our window, she yells yet again “what would you like to order?” very loudly and aggressively. i inform her we just got to the speaker and she was yelling at nobody. she then has us sit at the speaker for 5 mins ignoring us when we are trying to order. finally she comes back and takes our order as if nothing happened. when we pull up to the window, we once again are sitting there being ignored for 5 minutes as i can hear the lady loudly inside screaming about us right in front of the window with her two coworkers. i understand this is fast food but have some decorum. this is the worse service ive ever experienced. i hope you do better or at least hire people who care. i will tell everyone how awful this location is.
