Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This used to be my favorite location to go to, but recently it seems that with every visit, something is either made wrong, or missing entirely

Our group meets here regularly and we had the best service today. Emily Green was so kind to bring out our orders to our table! We understand that that is not always possible but she really showed compassion for our group that has different abilities. It really helped the members of our group and enjoyed her friendly, caring service!

I was in the drive thru Sunday evening and an employee name kyria if I spelled it right was very helpful and very kind to me asking about my day. And my fries were very fresh when I received my food.

I’ve eaten here several times but I’ve noticed that for the last 2 weeks there is no soap in the men’s restroom. How are the employees washing their hands after using the restroom? Come on Zaxbys, you can do better!

Don’t know how is it possible that your order takes longer to order through the app than to go in drive thru.

The Deserts are top notch. I have never had a bad experience.

I’m assuming a manger name tag said Kendra and had a different shirt on then the others needs to find a new job I visited here a few nights ago and could over hear her calling employees lazy while I could clearly see her on the phone not helping anyone out. Very horrible attitude to be in the type of job she is in I’ve been here several times and always have a horrible experience with her. Whoever hired her needs a wake up call. You do not speak to your employees her entitled rearend thinks you do. I will not go back to that store until they get their management under control. She is very rude and has no business with a manager title. Zaxby’s should be ashamed of having a person like this running their stores

I ordered a four piece combo.

Ordered the surf and turf for the first time. Via DoorDash. Got the coleslaw and a side large fry. Got the shrimp, over cooked badly and no fork for the coleslaw. Didn't get any chicken at all as you can see from the picture. Negative if I could give it, lazy and pitiful.

Fries were soggy and cold. Chicken was hard and over cooked. I ordered and paid for chicken fingers but got the tiny ones. I ordered all the fries with extra seasoning but they all barely had any seasoning. Basically no more what you order you get whatever they feel like handing you. All of the cups had chunks missing off the rim causing them to leak. 0 stars. Won’t ever go to this location again

I'm not happy with the tiny chicken scraps and soggy fries I received. The kids meals are extremely overpriced for what you get.
