Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fries were soggy and cold. Chicken was hard and over cooked. I ordered and paid for chicken fingers but got the tiny ones. I ordered all the fries with extra seasoning but they all barely had any seasoning. Basically no more what you order you get whatever they feel like handing you. All of the cups had chunks missing off the rim causing them to leak. 0 stars. Won’t ever go to this location again

I'm not happy with the tiny chicken scraps and soggy fries I received. The kids meals are extremely overpriced for what you get.

I went through the drive thru on June 19 and they said they didnt have an item (which was literally right in the menu) and after upcharging me for a meal (when i only got a 10 pc boneless) they gave me my order. When i opened it up, it was the smallest 10 "boneless wings" i have ever seen. Almost half the size of the other zaxby's across town. Why am i paying over $10 for such a small amount of food that couldnt even feed a baby? I could go across the street to Top Thai and get a lunch portion with twice the amount of food for less. The portion size, service, and price is unacceptable and they didnt give me a refund when i asked for it.

First off I'd like to approach the "manager" on duty with the dirty look she gave me while using the coupon I had with me. And second I'd like to approach the way the employees are by not greeting their costumers. I'm the one that has to say "hello?" I'm in their territory, you come to my house I'll greet you, I come to yours you greet me. Let's sow what we want to reap fellas? 3rd id like to address the employees not following instructions i order an "unsweet tea" and i get SWEET TEA! Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Asked me to pull to another spot to wait. No problem with waiting. Chicken was tough and had a weird texture. And no napkins in bag.

Everytime I come to this location now it’s not a drivethru. There were 9 cars told to pull in the parking spaces to the right to wait for their food. We waited for 20 minutes for 3 chicken finger meals and one grilled chicken sandwich. The people that work there aren’t friendly and this location has major issues. This has been ongoing for the last several times I’ve been. This has always been a great location and I don’t know what has happened. This is the pictures of my sandwich There is 3 pounds of mayonnaise and the lettuce is absolutely gross. Very disappointed

Cashier seemed almost bothered to be at work. Barely even spoke. They were pretty quick to have our order ready, but everything was cold.

Every table and bench was filthy. Needed to call a manager to get the tables cleaned. My fingers were COLD. Not cool: COLD. It seemed to have come from the freezer and not properly heated. That said, I was given replacement wings. But with the filthy tables, nasty bathroom and cold wings, I don’t see myself returning. Oh yeah, no diet soda AT ALL. No one refilled the machine.
