If you haven't tried Zaxby's, like me, you are missing out!! It was the first time and they did not disappoint!! First, the food was FAST!! Less than 3 minutes from the time we placed an order for a kids meal and a 6 chicken finger plate with double fries to the time they handed us our food. The chocolate shake was great, they even put rainbow sprinkles on it, which my son loved. The chicken fingers, also really good. But what is going to keep me coming back is the FRIES!!! I'm not sure what all they are dusted with but it's pure MAGIC!! Best fries I have had from any fast food restaurant 😋

Twice and still can Not get the order right. 1st time through dive, called to talk about quality of meal. The place name on a running list customer complaints, and come back and they make it right.
A few weeks past whet back, this trip I went inside to reorder, was given a bag with more than just chicken sandwich. It had went from bad to worst.
The sandwich was nothing but bun chicken and sauce.
Food poor quality for cost.
Personnel quality poor, as if the workers do not understand what the job is or how to do their job.
The place is a was of time and money.

I stopped by Zaxby’s last night expecting their usual flavorful chicken fingers and crispy fries. Unfortunately, my meal was a letdown. The chicken fingers were overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. To top it off, the service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The manager was busy filming the staff and loudly calling out people who were going to be written up and not giving a flip about the customers piling up. I had already ordered when she lost her temper and mind, but my food was great so she wasn't doing anything except making it incredibly awkward to eat in the dining area.

Horrible customer service .

Ask for ranch in both orders and didn’t get it! There was a hair that stretched from the lid of the cup to inside the drink. Not the best experience.
