Twice and still can Not get the order right. 1st time through dive, called to talk about quality of meal. The place name on a running list customer complaints, and come back and they make it right.
A few weeks past whet back, this trip I went inside to reorder, was given a bag with more than just chicken sandwich. It had went from bad to worst.
The sandwich was nothing but bun chicken and sauce.
Food poor quality for cost.
Personnel quality poor, as if the workers do not understand what the job is or how to do their job.
The place is a was of time and money.

I stopped by Zaxby’s last night expecting their usual flavorful chicken fingers and crispy fries. Unfortunately, my meal was a letdown. The chicken fingers were overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. To top it off, the service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The manager was busy filming the staff and loudly calling out people who were going to be written up and not giving a flip about the customers piling up. I had already ordered when she lost her temper and mind, but my food was great so she wasn't doing anything except making it incredibly awkward to eat in the dining area.

Horrible customer service .

Ask for ranch in both orders and didn’t get it! There was a hair that stretched from the lid of the cup to inside the drink. Not the best experience.

The food was good. A bit cold but still good. I ordered on the app and received different than I ordered. I ordered the chicken finger plate, but got nibblers. I upgraded both sides to large fries and didn’t even get the amount of one small fry. All the drink cups had chunks missing out of the

Small chicken fingers. Not FAST food. Pulled over into a slot to wait 15 minutes for fries. I just needed fast food. No one cares at all. Terrible.

I asked for no seasoning/salt on my fries. What I got was fries with a ton of grease in them! I guess they just dropped them in hot grease for about 15 seconds and took them up without straining the grease off. They was really white so that means they didn't cook them long enough, they rushed and gave me a greasy mess:-(

I ordered chicken fingers, and when I got it there was no sauce. Now I have to eat 10 pieces of dry chicken with no sauce. :/

Ordered a Cobb salad get home it's a house salad btw the Cobb salad cost more. Called to the restaurant no answer. After driving 45 minutes just to get the salad. Will not be returning
