I just want to warn everyone please check your food your sandwiches, especially. this was served to me just now, note a huge black spot obviously rotten tomato was served to a customer namely me, I don't care how busy that place is and actually it wasn't busy the person that put together the sandwich saw the poor quality and chose to serve it anyway. So customers beware when eating at this Jack's always always check each layer of your food. Because the quality control is non-existent now.
On a side note this is to the loudmouth worker that was questioning why a customer was getting extra pickles. dear, it doesn't come out of your paycheck so it's none of your business unless you're actually handling the food.
The quality of the ingredients see the three images of the slice of tomato with a black spot that's not acceptable and frankly the person that put the sandwich together obviously needs glasses and a remedial course in the anatomy of what constitutes a consumable tomato product.

Just got off of work ( working a 6am to 2 pm shift) in the rain. Came in to get something to carry my husband and I over till supper , the female that took out order was extremely rude . The staff was talking snarky and ugly to one another. I requested a simple package of come back sauce and the woman snapped at me and threw the sauce on the counter rolling her eyes saying " all they are allowed to give is a quarter cup" ok well that's fine but the rude attitude was unwarentent. Tammy was her name and more shocking is that she was a manager! Customer service shoud be a priority and how you exemplify yourself spills onto your staff. I feel bad for the girls she was down talking to as they where trying to do their best with the negative atmosphere she was setting! There is a difference between constructive criticism and down right hateful rudeness. I didn't even want my food after . Will not come back to this location

Check your order before you drive away. They can't seem to ever put a utensil or any other needed item in your bag. A 8 piece will be a 6 piece. An don't forget to get your change back.

We stop at Addison jacks at 1007 pm and they had all doors locked so we left and went here and they where great they even let us eat in after they closed great bunch of guys
I waited for 10 minutes behind a lady just for an old man to swoop in and ask the cashier to scrape his already half eaten food onto a to go plate while I waited . Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for . Everyone customer deserves the same undivided attention. Not just the elderly people !!!

Visited this location in Double Springs as an "out of towner". Stopped here because they have plenty of room for even the biggest motor home and certainly for my little 31 foot class C. Typical small town location, a little on the dirty side, could definitely use a good cleaning. The staff however was putting it all in to provide excellent service to the clients, making sure that orders where accurate and well done. They were certainly doing the best they could with what they had to work with! Food was hot, well cooked and delivered quickly to the counter. Docked an atmosphere star for cleanliness only, but given they are basically the only game in town they were doing the best they could just to keep up!
Parking: Huge parking area for big motor homes or big rigs... its gravel but pretty smooth so getting in and out with big vehicles is a breeze.

This location is by far the best in all of North Alabama! This is always my go to stop on the way to smith lake from the shoals. Their biscuits should be the standard for all other Jacks. Time after time they are consistent, just plain good! They are always so friendly and the atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. This staff deserves some raises. Someone on the team or leadership is doing something right. Y'all make this a great stop for me, would love to see my local jacks this good.Thank y'all !!
