Online order cancelled and money wasn't returned for 24 hours.. then I wasn't able to use the coupon/discount I did when I ordered online making our food much more than expected after I had to order it all over again

The worst experience ever I will never give them my business accidentally made a mobile order to this store and meant for it to go to Winfield they refused to refund my money and told me I’d have to drive over 30 mins for my sandwich instead of refunding the money I will be contacting cooperate ASAP!

We came in at 4:30 on Friday Aug 9 , the guy making our sandwiches his name is Zack was just plain rude to us for no reason. I dont know what this dudes problem is but if he hates working here so much he ought to just find another job because it was ridiculous

80% of the time the bread is stale. The bread been horrible for years . The only reason I started eating subway again was because of the app were you can pre-order. But it’s not worth it if you’re gonna get stale bread, most of the time.

I went into subway in double springs on March 25 ordered 3 orders with 2 subs on each order I waited a little at the end when they gave me my food the girl that says that she is the manager in front of everybody told me if I order again I was to call before because I threw them behind and I told them they shouldn’t talk to me like that and she repeated that when the place had a lot of people in there I spent over 100 dollars to be treated like that and then I call to find out who the district manager and they won’t give it to me she needs to have to be responsible for her talking to a customer like that but subway makes it where they can do it without getting into any trouble I will be researching into finding who I have to talk to

I have been in this subway multiple times 20-30 minutes before closing time. Every time the same girl in there will limit what you can order because it’s “too close to closing time”. My son who will only eat pizza, pizza being the easiest thing to make there, well obviously you can’t order a pizza in the entire last hour of business hours it seems. Tonight I went in there 15 minutes before closing time and was refused service because they were “closed”. Even tho the sign said open and there was a lady that walked in right before me and they took her order. I told her subway doesn’t close until 8 and it’s 7:45. I was told there clock says 8 and I need to set my clock to their time. I will not be back to this subway because of this one particular worker.

My family and I stopped in from out of town and got the best service. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the sandwiches were amazing. These days customer service is just horrible, But not this day, Thank you very much!!!! I wanted to call In for survey but i was 1 day off. So here it is. 5 star service all around. Jim MacIsaac Sr.
