My guests and I were very dissatisfied with the food for my wedding! The baked chicken was dry and the fried chicken was burnt and/or cooked in old grease! The macaroni was watery and taste like kraft. The food we taste test wasn't the same food we received on my wedding day! The chef didn't try to make things right for his mistakes. Not to mention he wasn’t there to listen to our concerns.
We used Wow Catering for my daughter’s wedding on Saturday 5/6/23. Most of our guest couldn’t enjoy the food because the fried chicken was fried too hard or cooked in burnt grease, the baked chicken was dried out, macaroni taste and looked like stove Kraft. I’ve reached out with the owner and he was nonchalant and had many excuses. I’m highly disappointed because the amount of money spent versus the food doesn’t add up.
What a gem we have here in Eclectic! Absolutely delicious dinners served in ample portions. We ordered takeout for birthdays this year and WOW provided! The Blackened Redfish and Ribeye dinner were amazing. Thank you WOW!
