The owners need to do a makeover as the curb appeal is horrible, but the food is fresh and service is better than Enterprise, AL.

They are absolutely terrible. I’ve lived here my whole life and it’s taken such a downfall over the past 4 years. Especially that new manager or whatever she is, Rosa, she’s god awful and she has a terrible attitude. Everytime i order she makes snarky remarks like saying “ew” or something like that as i’m ordering. And even when the food is given to you after like 45 minutes of waiting it’s still tastes like trash.

Decided to stop by for breakfast. We were kindly greeted in the drive thru. Though the service was a bit slow, we never mind that. Food was hot and the order was correct. Great experience.

My first time eating here and the place is nasty, not clean at all from the floor to the tables and drinking station.
Oil all over the floor in kitchen messy counters and took 20 minutes to have my order taken inside.

have had problems with this burger king and every problem has been with the same manager that works during the day. she is nothing but rude and disrespectful to customers and ALWAYS has an attitude, she’s even rude to her employees. i don’t know anybody who would want to work there because of how miserable she would make it. last time i was there i went to get breakfast and was outside talking to a worker i knew that worked there for maybe a minute, before we could even get in the door the manager came out and told me and my boyfriend to leave and for her worker to come inside and do her job (the same manager that will sit outside for an hour and not do anything) we were very confused because we hadn’t even walked in yet, so we tried explaining we were there to eat and buy food but she just proceeded to start yelling and causing way more of a scene than needed, eventually she kicked us out and told us she will not serve us so we left but somebody needs to take care of this because she has caused so many problems while being there.

i asked for no onions and tomatoes on my burger and they put them on there, then i ate an onion on accident. and cried.
