I always enjoy eating here! We drive 20 minutes out of town for this location. Food is always delicious. Service is great, with very kind and accommodating staff. The inside is very clean, even the restrooms.

Overall, I have ordered from here multiple times. My order has been wrong all but twice, but they made it right. My last order I had a bread tie in my hamburger… The food has been good each time, but there is definitely some improvement that needs to be done

I have had a great experience while dining in here....My daughter and I chose to go through the drive thru this past Saturday, the 6th of September..The employee working the window that day was very pushy.. Every time I started to tell her what we wanted, she would cut me off before I could finish. We were told to pull up, because they were waiting on the fries, so I had to remind her we didn't order any fries..Even after all that she forgot to give my daughter her sauce for the tenders.

French fries are so salty that I could not even eat them. 😩 the burger i could not even eat because my tongue is irritated..... if you love that amount of salt then that would be the place.... and the tea was kind of slimme ......
I'm not sure that having an employee sitting in a rocking chair by the door smoking is the image that Jack's wants to project. Walking through the smoke to get in the door is not very inviting.

If the atmosphere is nasty greasy booths and nasty oil they fry their food in go then jacks your place ..next door their food is the best ridiculous how they just pop up -a jacks and try to take everyone’s business also it cost less money than going to jacks
