New owner is no good he rings up orders & charges how he wants. Portions got skimpier, prices got higher, & apparently the coupons are not honored. I ordered boss, teriyaki steak blitz, & elite chicken bacon ranch. Coupon states it's only not applicable on FL sidekicks, the beast, & garlic roast beef. Also if my coupon didn't cover it I find it deceitful to keep the coupon, while still charging more. Theft by deception is probably frowned upon by #subway franchises.

I'm disabled, so I always put my orders in as curbside. Today I went to this Subway in Elba and waited for my pickup time to come along. I then pressed the button in the app that I was there. I waited another 10 minutes while the guy behind the counter just sort of walked around not doing much. I finally grabbed my crutch and went inside to get my order. He said that the order wasn't marked as a curbside order in a really condescending tone.
I'm attaching a photo of my receipt.
I really hoped that when this franchise changed ownership, that it would mean certain areas of improvement, but all it turns out to mean is much higher prices and rude staff.

We work in the area and eat here once a week but today was the worse experience. I asked for a footlong on flatbread but the way she built the sub wasn’t like I’ve ever had before. At the end she rolls it into a wrap!! I told her I didn’t ask for a wrap and her response was “well that’s the way flatbread comes”. Um no ma’am that’s the first time I’ve ever had someone roll my flatbread up! The way she did it one half of the wrap was meat and cheese the other half was my topping.
