I'm a local chef here in pensacola. Iv been in the restaurant business my whole life. I came in Sunday to order 5 sandwiches. The young man working was totally on something. This isn't the first time I have come in when he was clearly on something. He could not focus an i could barley understand what he was saying. Not only that,he kept touching his face an scratching himself. I had to let him know 3 times that it was not sanitary. And I could not let him go on and make my sandwiches. This needs to be addressed immediately! I will be calling the health board to complain. Any other time I come in the workers are very friendly and pleasant,and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I spend or usually spend about 150$ a week because my schedule is so hectic. Im a head chef at one of the finer restaurants in pensacola. And i dont know if ill be back unless this situation is addressed. I also noticed there is a new manager. Im very impressed with her shes very knowledgeable and very helpful with staff. That impressed me..store is always clean an professional. The stars are for my experience on Sunday. I hope an pray this gets addressed!

Several times we have been to this Subway location, as its the closest to our house. 9 times out of 10 it's wrong, or the employees straight refuse to make our sandwiches how we are asking even though we do not care about extra charge for ingredients. Today I put in an online order, my wife went in to get it, and add a drink, luckily she did because the lady was making both sandwiches completely wrong. Had the nerve to argue with my wife about it about it also. Not impressed with this location at all.

The Elberta, AL subway was great today. New staff and they were great. Very courteous and fast. Store was clean also. Glad to see this location make some needed staff changes. It makes a difference for sure.

A few days ago I was here and a young man by the name of Tyler was very awful toward me. He had an attitude, and when I asked for a specific amount of pickles on my sandwich for my son who is very picky he loudly sighed and rolled his eyes. He made comments that made me feel degraded as a woman and on top of that the sandwich was messy, soggy, and all around a disappointment. This subway is very great, clean, and a very nice place, I don't believe this young man should be part in dragging such a nice fast food restaurant down.
