I've always had a good experience till tonight, I ordered 2 large fish dinners, 1 with slaw, onion rings and hush puppies, with side of beans. The other was with okra and onion rings, and order of mozzarella sticks. Okra was not in the plate, onion rings tasted like they had been dropped back in grease after getting cold. I understand if they were really busy, but I called my order in so they had plenty of time to make fresh.
Stopped in late afternoon on a Saturday. The server Christy was quick to get our order and the food came out quickly. Everything was hot and excellent. Fried pork chops were moist and not dried out. Price was great. We need to eat here more often.
Vegetarian options: There is a salad bar. I think it had meat on it too. But there was rabbit food as well for the tree huggers.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Limestone county. It's tucked away up in Elkmont, but people seriously need to check it out. They have excellent food, prices, and service here, which is hard to find all at one place these days. My wife and I ate a full breakfast spread for $15 altogether.
