I eat at this establishment pretty regularly during lunch hours. The food and service is always exceptional. Today I stopped after work to get something for me and the wife and I was so disappointed with what I received. I order 2 French dip Swiss combos. Upon getting home we discovered the fries were cold, the drinks were warm, there was only a half of a cup of the dipping gravy for 2 orders and it too was ice cold. Add insult to injury there was not even any napkins in the bag. I understand that in the evening there are primarily the younger workers scheduled, I'm not bashing the younger workers however what I paid almost $30 for is disappointing and totally unacceptable.

Wanted the fish sandwich got the fish sandwich, and ate the fish sandwich. Inside is clean service was quick and accurate, and we left full. Really wish the parking lot wasn't set up the way it is but... it is what it is.
