Got the chicken sandwich meal with a milk shake and also the steak bite mac and cheese. Ordered it through the app. Everything was fine until I grabbed the Mac and cheese. Was not happy with the service. We ordered and it took 25 minutes to get our order. They was not busy what so ever. After 15 minutes my wife asked what was taking so long and she was told that the drive thru got busy. Sorry that's no excuse!! 10 minutes later when we got our food my wife's Roadt beef sandwich was cold and messy as was mine. Curly fries was cold and over cooked almost burnt. If I could have gave a zero I would have. The one food handler went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands. I know this because I went in after he came out and the sink was dry! I will be calling the health department Monday. Bathroom was dirty and nasty smelling.

Waited 20 mins in the line and still did not get my food.
I eat at this establishment pretty regularly during lunch hours. The food and service is always exceptional. Today I stopped after work to get something for me and the wife and I was so disappointed with what I received. I order 2 French dip Swiss combos. Upon getting home we discovered the fries were cold, the drinks were warm, there was only a half of a cup of the dipping gravy for 2 orders and it too was ice cold. Add insult to injury there was not even any napkins in the bag. I understand that in the evening there are primarily the younger workers scheduled, I'm not bashing the younger workers however what I paid almost $30 for is disappointing and totally unacceptable.
