Inside is super cute and cozy. The two girls working there were very friendly and helpful. The drink on the other hand is a no. Took 20min to make one drink (I was the only customer). For the record, I'm not lactose intolerant. I was feeling fancy and opted for the cold foam with my chai. Man, my life and memories of the war flashed before my eyes in that bathroom. I didn't even finish my drink. You've been warned.

We have been patronizing Aunt B’s for quite some time and have continued to be patient with each experience. Sadly, things seem to continue to decline.We just stopped by today at 3:15 to grab a simple tea with boba. After my daughter ordered two small teas at the kiosk and paying, the staff stated they were out of boba??? What?? (This has happened to us before on two other occasions.) That’s like a chicken restaurant saying they are out of chicken. We waited for 40 minutes for the teas to be prepared. It was so disappointing to be served two drinks that had absolutely no flavor and not even an apology that we had waited so long.That was our last visit to Aunt b’s. Other issues have been they seem to always be closed for one thing or another. Reasons we’ve been given are: training staff, working an outside community event, changing hours, changing off days, waiting on inspections, broken equipment, etc.I generally don’t give reviews unless food/service is excellent or really bad. Sadly Aunt B’s is the latter. Living in a small town when there is no competitor for your product I have learned to be patient with new or small businesses. I’ve even made excuses for Aunt B’s when I’ve taken visitors there. I’ve taken into consideration new employees, young teenage employees, moving locations, etc. But when the owner made the teas today and was out of boba on a busy Friday afternoon, and did not offer to refund the money and expect the patron to wait 40 minutes for a drink, I draw the line. Done!

Save your time and money and go to Pho Time on Ozark Highway for your Boba drinks. I’ve been to Aunt B’s twice and won’t return. Waited over 35 minutes each time for two drinks. Menu items are routinely out of stock or “it’ll be a 15 minute wait” if you want a certain type of boba. Lite ice = no ice. My second visit, I ordered, paid, and waited for 30 minutes before I was informed they were out of what I had already ordered and paid for. Pho Time has better ingredients, service, and prices ($5-6).

After hearing several people rave about this place, I decided to finally make a trip. I was extremely disappointed. I paid almost $20 for two drinks that lacked flavor and had overcooked boba. Definitely won’t be returning.
