⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time visiting Bojangles in Enterprise, AL, and it won’t be the last! Ordered via drive-thru and was greeted by a super friendly and helpful young lady who made the experience even better. My spicy chicken sandwich was made fresh, so I had to wait a few minutes — not complaining one bit because it was worth it. Juicy, flavorful, and with just the right kick. The biscuits? Perfectly moist on the inside with a crispy outer edge. Fries were hot and tasty too. Great food, great service, all around fantastic first visit!

I did have to wait for the sandwich, it was so good, and had a slice of tomato on it!!! That guy has the best customer service! But Bojangles always has..

Drive thru is slow now, especially since they only use the one window. Went inside and was greeted from the back with hello. Stood there for a few minutes and nobody came up to the counter to take order.

Cajun biscuit and Hash browns were okay but the coffee was awful: burnt and watered down.

Every time I go here I have to wait a crazy amount of time for my fries or food, then they will give me a box of chicken with no fries or sauce and it’s almost like they don’t know what they are doing. This place has went down hill drastically since I’ve been a frequent customer. I drive to Daleville now just to get it now.

Ordered drive thru. Mac n cheese kids meal with fries and Pepsi. The person was either not trained well or didn’t care. Rang me up for each item separately so 1 regular Mac n cheese. 1 Reg fry and small soda. So instead of the $5.99 kids meal I ordered I paid $9 for same thing! Fries were cold and soggy. No seasoning on them either. No fork to eat Mac n cheese with. Pepsi was just water. The soda machine must of been out of soda syrup. Such a waste of money! Won’t be back.

Had me waiting in line for no reason. Said they forgot they ran out of buns but they were getting some so that they could defrost. how do you run out of buns hun!! Well you didn't actually run out you guys just didn't do your job and take them out what a shame what a shame especially knowing that this is a new item and will sell fast.

My Mom and I went through the drive through to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with double egg on it since she loves getting that, but when we got it in the drive through her biscuit was burnt. We asked to get a normal not burnt one, but apparently they had a whole tray of burnt biscuits and instead of making new ones the shift manager seemed to have told the staff to just serve the burnt ones. The employee at the window was very understanding and managed to find a normal biscuit but the shift manager was irritated the whole time and complained within earshot from the window about having to help us. Very rude.

Then we get back to work with the biscuit, guess what? No cheese. No cheese on the egg and cheese biscuit. The one other part of the biscuit. And we didn’t have the extra egg we ordered.

So we drive back because we have no cheese and the extra egg and instead of apologizing that we had to DRIVE BACK to get what we ordered or immediately helping us the shift manager had an immediate attitude and started talking down to her staff, being rude to them since she didn’t want to deal with us. We said it was fine to just give us a slice of cheese and the egg but she refused to help us since all they had was burnt biscuits and she “Didn’t want to get fired” since apparently handing a slice of cheese and egg we bought in a styrofoam container to us was against company policy and she’d need to make a new biscut to get the order right (again only burnt biscuits were available).

So she just didn’t help us, one of the employees had to instead and he did so politely with complete sanitation and no issues put a slice of cheese and the extra egg into a container and gave it to us. Very helpful and had a great attitude.

In short, employees are wonderful it’s just the shift manager or manager that was the problem. Having someone be rude to both employees and customers is bad business. We’d love to keep getting the delicious breakfast items here but she’s ruined our experience at Bojanles.
