Ordered 2 large mashed potatoes. It's shameful how little food was in each container. Should have checked before 8 left.no way I'm paying for a large and get what I got....this is the day after I had to return because they didn't give any gravy on the 2 small orders of potatoes.....I will always check before I leave and I dont care how many people are behind me...!!!!!new management maybe???!!!

The front staff totally ignores people when they come in. A gentleman ahead of us must have stood there for a while; he seemed frustrated. The clerk was ignoring him, and us, while she and another woman kept going back and forth, talking. Not one person said "We'll be right with you, or anything else. When the clerk came back, she didn't apologize for the wait to the gentleman and he just told her what he wanted. When he walked away to wait for his order, she then walked AWAY from the counter, still without acknowledging us at all. Just as we were about to leave, she came back and didn't apologize to us for the wait, just waited for us to tell her what we wanted. What kind of service is that? Pitiful, that what. I won't do their survey that they offer for a free biscuit with sausage, because I've done them before and they don't care. How about this, Bojangles? Start treating the customer, who actually make it possible for you to make a salary, like YOU would want to be treated. What you do now is don't give a you-know-what. One more thing....your biscuits are far too crumbly. They fall apart when one tries to eat them as a sandwich. Add some more liquid to your recipe.

Came through today, chicken was hard, ask to get a manager, Her name Bailey, I said I wanted all dark, refuse to give it to me, said they close in 45 min, and that's all they got, This Bailey was rude and cursed, was very disrespectful, Will never visit again when visiting the area and let my dad military friends know, service was unacceptable

Food was Bojangles. Manager was on-site hustling the team. Great speed and attitude with Manager influence. Place was clean, to include the bathrooms. PLEASE keep them clean. Great opportunity for beach travelers to stop in and enjoy, regardless traveling north or south direction.
They've gotten new owners amd got rid of the southern chicken all togetherher with no warning. If you don't like spicy chicken this is no longer the place for you.
