All in all the visit was pretty good the fries were way too seasoned it pretty much ruined me on those but my chicken sandwich was delicious and my mom was satisfied with her chicken tenders meal

Bojangles' service and quality of food has severely fallen off over the last year. Several times we showed up and their grill was not working or shut down during business hours, making grilled chicken sandwiches unavailable. Seemingly every time we make an order at the drive thru, we have long wait times, and the when we finally get to the window to pay, our order is not ready and we are told go to the parking lot to wait for our food. We've waited as long as 15minutes for our food. This last time we went we had to go to the parking lot to wait for our chicken sandwiches. We got home and saw the sandwiches had brown lettuce on them, questionable looking tomatoes, and the mayonnaise was runny. My wife took two bites of her sandwich and got sick within 10 minutes. I threw my sandwich away. Enterprise bojangles used to be a great establishment to get a good meal at a great price with prompt service. Not anymore.

I only ever go thru the drive thru food is always good sometimes have to wait but always worth it. They have changed their chicken tenders recently or something they are so much better than the older style idk if it’s different chicken or what but it’s a 10/10.

Food is always great but here lately have tried stopping and getting breakfast before work cause it says they open at 5am but at 5:20 still not open so I have to head on to work without breakfast and this has been going on the last 2weeks now 🥺

Ordered via drive-thru and was greeted by a super friendly and helpful young lady who made the experience even better. My spicy chicken sandwich was made fresh, so I had to wait a few minutes — not complaining one bit because it was worth it. Juicy, flavorful, and with just the right kick. The biscuits? Perfectly moist on the inside with a crispy outer edge. Fries were hot and tasty too. Great food, great service, all around fantastic first visit!
Kids meal was too spicy. Out of ketchup. Had to ask for tea bc self serve tea was out. Extremely rude.

Orderd a chicken sandwich,at the window, I ask if it had mayo on it? The nice guy , said yes it has mayo and pickles, told him it would be good with a slice of tomato!! I did have to wait for the sandwich, it was so good,and had a slice of tomato on it!!! That guy has the best customer service! But Bojangles always has.. Thanks.
