Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst Philly cheese steak ever. Tiny, over cooked very skimpy on the meat. The meat was so overcooked it was crunchy. The appetizer was just as bad. Loaded nachos.... there was a slight drizzle of shredded cheese tomatoes and a very light drizzle of sour cream. There was no meat the cheese was so miniscule.... and it wasn't even melted. Garbage. The whole meat was a disappointment.
BTB wings has awesome wings and Philly Cheeses steaks plus their wings are off the hook. Way better food for your money.

Honestly I hate giving this low of a review because I have always LOVED Buffalo Wild Wings. But this was the absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant since I have lived in this state. Service took FOREVER. Appetizer cold, not made to order. Drinks made wrong FOUR times in a row. Dinner order made wrong, not even given napkins. Waiter was in a different universe, complete waste of money, and worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have EVER been to. This is my first ever google review because of how horrible it was.

Placed my Takeout order at 6:40PM finally got my order at 7:25PM, one burger was kinda of ok the other was not as I ordered, the fries was cold & hard, I sent them back and when the server returned with what looked like the same fries just warmed over, I asked for the Manager and explained and showed him what the fries looked like and his reply was that's how they suppose to be...B.S. I am done with this place, poor management and service!

Once again takeout fumbles. How do you not send any sauces except the sauce that was marked off not to receive. It's not hard to check off items on the receipt so that you don't forget anything but I guess that's rocket science. Then you send kids boneless that are so over cook they look like marbles and hard as a rock....FOR A KID!!!! I can see why the town talks crap on this location, there is never any consistency but your are guaranteed one thing, they will mess your order up. Great job Enterprise BWW, you should be a shamed of yourself

Cleanest restaurant in Enterprise! The staff are all very professional and friendly! Special mentions to Pam, Denis, Melba & Roxy! Their menu is quite extensive and all of their meals are excellent!!!

Love the employees Pam, Dennis , Roxi and Ms Lin ... They are all very attentive, knowledgeable, and very nice! Great atmosphere for the whole family. Food is reasonable and very Delicious.

I'm a fan of BWW. We have eaten in several across the US but this place which is my local establishment is the worst based on 7 times I visited. Service is terrible, you can take a seat and wait easily 10 to 20 minutes before anyone shows at your table, the worst part is that normally when I visited was like 20 % capacity or less. Last vist I watched the waitress having a friendly conversation with a table for 20 minutes ignoring everyone else around d the floor. I decided to move to the bar because I was alone that day. Prior visits was the same story without exaggeration waited 45 min for them to start bringing food to the table in intervals of 5 to 10 minutes apart! By the time they brought my kids food I was done with my meal. Wings at this placed are dry and barely any sauce just on top of the wing seems all they do is use a little brush on top and thas it. BWW needs to get new management at this establishment ASAP. Everyone around town is saying the same thing.

We were offered to sit anywhere but their tables were left filthy. Ordered carrots as a side to wings and they were never brought out. After questioning where the carrots were, our server only then decided to tell us that they were out of carrots. When we ordered wedges to replace them, those were never brought out either, but were still on the bill.

Another item ordered was supposed to have lemon pepper on it, but there was not any on it. This location had a real opportunity to be a nice place to go, and it seemed to start out strong, but whatever is happening over there now sucks pretty bad. It's hard to screw up a place that specializes in wings and beer, and yet this BWW is trying really hard to.
