It turns out that there is a long delay for the drivers who work at Doordash and Uber. Customers get upset every time they are informed that the order was not ready after a long wait.

I ordered food that said it would be ready for pick up at 6:30pm and I got here went to the take out spot to pick it up only for it NOT to be ready and a whole bunch of people waiting for their food as well. Took 15 mins for a worker to even come out just to tell everyone they had to wait even longer. The lady told me I was only waiting for my cheese sticks to be done and that was a half hour ago. It's now 7:15pm and I'm still waiting. I won't be coming back. Not to mention this food isn't cheap.

There is a reason why the overall rating is so low. The service is absolutely trash! Multiple servers in the restaurant so not much room for for this horrible of service. Servers trying to serve people on both sides of the restaurant instead of having their own sections. Then eventually cleaning up tables on the other side of the restaurant. Tables were sitting dirty for awhile because they didn't have an actual buser. Bartender had full seating at the bar and had not multi-tasking skills.. The servers would walk around aimlessly and then go spend 2-5 minutes in the kitchen on their phones.. Some employees just standing around or walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing. Just wild how they are still open.. Definitely earned the rating though..

This place is lucky it's a Bdubs or else it would already have failed..

I had a bad experience at this location but the Assistant general manager manager handled it quickly and with grace. I still recommend to not be in a rush in case there are any mistakes when doing a to go order but atleast the management team works on resolving issues in a timely manner. Sadly I ended up with food poisoning after I updated my review so yea definitely not going back.

This place was slow to get up food was okay waitress was nice but just overly slow we spent an hour and a half waiting on food my beer tasted like water wouldnt reccomend

I don’t normally do bad reviews, but this was genuinely terrible. My fiance and I ended up going in around 2 for a date. There were only two tables of people there (not busy AT ALL) and I saw a waitress and she made eye contact with me and then went back to the kitchen. We continued to wait before finally about 6-7 minutes later, a man from the kitchen told us to sit wherever we’d like. We sat down, I saw the waitress two more times and she continued to not come greet us. We were seated a good 15 minutes and no sight of any waiters or waitresses. We ended up just walking out. As someone that works in food business, I expected at least a LITTLE better than this, considering there were only two tables there that already had their food. I will not be back.

21Sep24 at 1343. The sign said seat yourself. Cool no problem however, there were no clean tables to sit at. So I cleaned one. Secondly, a couple came in with a gentlemen in a wheel chair. Again, no clean tables and I noted the time on my watch and after 8 min I cleaned it for the folks wanting for a table. Thirdly, my order was wrong and and after 45 minutes of waiting it was just time to go.

We went to the Enterprise, AL location around 2 pm on 10/19. We entered and the sign said seat yourself. We sat at a large table in the corner with 4 adults and 3 children. It took over 10 mins for a waitress to come to our table. We ordered 5 waters, 1 tea and a beer. It took at least another 10 mins to get our drinks. At this time K...(do not know how to spell her name) took our orders, 1 sampler plate with fries, 2 orders of boneless wings and 3 chicken tender kids meals. Over 30 minutes later, another waiter brought the sampler plate and the 2 boneless wing platters, but not the kids meals or the extra fries. The onion rings and the nachos were cold on the sampler plate. At least the boneless wings were decent. He said he would tell our waitress. 20 mins later the kids meals came out, but still did not get the order of fries. Now, we have been there over an hour! The waitress never came back to check to see if our food came out, if we needed anything, or if we needed drink refills. I finally got her attention and waived her over. I ask her for refills on the drinks, said the kids meals just came out and told her we still did not get the fries. ( She said she entered the order altogether) At this point, I should have said forget it for the fries. She brought us refills, but still no fries. When she brought the fries, I ask for a to go box. It took her at least 5 mins to get the box and the check. What was really bizarre, she handed us the check and stood there waiting for us to pay. We have been to many, many BWW all over the country and never have we experienced such a terribly managed restaurant. Either the waitress is poorly trained, or just doesn't care. I do not blame her for the food not coming out together or some of the food on the sampler plate being cold, that is a kitchen and management problem. If you don't have staffing, you should not open so many tables. Judging by the reviews, this is an ongoing problem. I do not like giving such a bad review, but this restaurant is not up to the standards of what your guests expect from a BWW.

Came to the side door for takeout. It was speedy and delicious. Definitely a great eat.

DO NOT DEAL WITH BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN ANY CAPACITY IF ITS DOORDASH. AS A DASHER I WAITED 15 MINS MORE THAN I WAS ALLOWED TO PICK UP MY CUSTOMERS FOOD.
