Ordered 2 Whoppers 2 fries,2 drinks, sandwiches had no tomatoes on them, the kid behind the counter told me they were out and there delivery truck was coming tomorrow. I glanced at the veggies and they had tomatoes. I told my wife what the kid said, she went up there told them she wanted a refund, they said hold on and put a few slices of tomatoes in a cookie bag. Why they lie about it??? Oh yeah no unsweetened tea, but the sweet tea was like syrup.

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times over the past two and half months. Each time I went they were out of Coke. Also each time, they took it upon themselves to swap my drink instead of asking me what I would like as a substitute. If I want Burger King food I drive several miles out of the way to get it on Ft Novosel. I do not recommend this location!!

Foods good enough, kind of what'd you expect from a burger King. The breakfast croissants are pretty good, but the hashbrowns taste funny, with a weird aftertaste, and are lacking of any salt or pepper. They did mess up the order, as they have before, but they fixed it and gave us what we ordered for free which is pretty awesome. Atmosphere was okay, kinda run down, kinda unsanitary. Overall okay.

Wish I could give a negative 1000. Dry old tasting meat. Old buns. Old grease with black and brown crumbs on fries. A lot of employees there but only 2 working. Brown lettuce and onions look slimy!!! Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down doors closed for good. Lobby a mess no one at front counter to acknowledge customer for 10 minutes!!!

I went to burger king and ordered a burger with just lettuce. They got it wrong 4 times putting everything but lettuce on my burger. finally on the fifth try i got my burger with lettuce. Now the staff was very nice and they were apologetic so that’s a plus.

I ordered the street corn whopper and they added like no toppings except for tomato and a little lettuce. I tried to give it a chance but it just wasn’t made properly. peek the bread crumbling in my hand as I lift the bun up.

This place is disgusting and nasty roaches seems like never been cleaned drink machine nasty watered down floors are a disgusting.
Health department what are you doing?
I see why they have a 89 though but they don't deserve that. Also if you have someone who needs a wheel chair or walker there pavement getting in to the place is unacceptable.

I have not eaten from a Burger King in almost 2 years. Decided to stop at this one in enterprise, AL today. My passenger and I both ordered from the drive thru menu board…. 2 whopper jr each from the 5.00 duo list. Expecting the total to be about 10.80 or around that price…. When I get to the window the cashier tells me that they haven’t changed their menu and they do not have what I just ordered for that price. Im very disappointed. Apparently the cashier knew that the sign was incorrect or rather the sign didn’t match her register and she didn’t say anything about it when I initially ordered. I realize that there are many people who do not look at prices and just pays what is quoted at the register….. but some look at the menu and decided their order by what’s in their pocket and the price on the menu board. Disappointed. Why was the menu not changed? How long has it been incorrect? I did pay the 15.00 for the order because when I got to the window I didn’t know the choices, nothing in front of me to refer back to.
