Went through drive-thru gave my order and had too wait 15min. to get too the pay window, there was only 2 vehicles in front of me. Ended up leaving because apparently no one there is in a hurry or cares too help customers.

I ordered 2 whopper jr’s and 2 fries (coupon). I asked for no mayo, I am allergic, no lettuce, extra onions and add cheese. My burgers were covered in mayo! Paid for cheese, didn’t get it! It’s my fault for not checking before I left the window! I really don’t feel that’s right bc they get paid to do a job. Why should I have to check my order EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru?! I was riding with someone else bc I don’t have a car so no way to take them back and of course no one answers the phone when you call up there so all I had for dinner was fries, which I paid $8 and some change for. I haven’t ate there in well over 6 months bc the service and I see it has not changed! I writing this review since no one would the answer the phone for me to tell them directly! This was at 7:06:22 pm tonight, in case a manager wants to look up the receipt! Total was $8.49 and the only thing I could eat was the fries! Thanks Burger King! If anyone reaches out to try to correct things I will update my review!

the manager that was there at around 1:30-2 was just sitting around on her phone doing nothing and starring at the other employees. She also smelt very interesting up close which kinda ruined my experience 😖

Every time I go to the Burger King in Enterprise it is out of biscuits for the breakfast sandwiches. I stopped the other day and they were out of egg. This location is so poorly managed and ran terrible. I cannot believe the corporate office has not gotten involved.

My wife, a friend and I had lunch at the Enterprise Burger King today. It had been a while since we had a meal at Burger King. We ordered our food and waited, and waited. Three people were before us and were waiting when we got there. We each ordered our meals and my wife and friend sat at a table near by where some people were leaving. I waited 24 minutes till a young lady brought the food out to the counter. The young lady just stood there and didn’t know who the order was for, so I asked if it was mine. The order number matched so I received it. All the food was very very cold. I took the food back to the counter and l asked for a manager and waited another 30 minutes till I didn’t want wait any longer. No manager came to the front. I shall not be going here again.

The young black girl working in the drive thru October 23,2025 at 1:00 needs a attitude adjustment. She was very unfriendly and acted like it was killing her to do HER job! Seriously, can't even smile 😑

Went through the drive thru at 11:02 am on a Sunday and they let us know they don’t have any burgers. What in the world kind of Burger King is this??
